Very polite! Room was clean and cool! I love the biscuits and gravy! This is our choice hotel when traveling to Parsons! We enjoy it every time.

We stayed at 12 hotels in 8 different states on this trip, and this was the worst one. I rely heavily on reviews to find our hotel for the night, so I wanted to warn others. The shower was dirty, obvious dirty smudges and debris. The nightstand was sticky. The chair had crushed Doritos in it. I’m not picky. I just expect basic cleanliness. This does not feel like an actual Best Western but a knock off that still charges a BW rate. Two positive points… the front desk fella was super nice, and the onsite laundry worked well and was cheap.

excellent stay very quite so got very good sleep very good breakfast and fast internet. front desk staff very helpful showed restaurants around the town. Rooms are also very clean will recommend this hotel and the price is excellent. The hotel location is very good.

Having stayed at more than a few Best Western hotels the Parsons, KS location was so very disappointing. The hotel was in need of a complete deep clean! My room smelled like dog urine, the carpet was awful, the beds sheets barely covered and the towels were worn out and hard. The breakfast was not as other hotels within this chain with missing and old condiments. Added to the need for general maintenance and cleaning attention it seemed the staff was not concerned with the guest but enjoyed visiting with friends in the lobby while a hotel staff dog walked freely throughout the hotel. My suggestion is don’t even think about staying at this location. In addition I would not of been comfortable with the ick of this location with my dog.

very good hotel rooms are super clean, and it is very quiet place, so we got very good sleep. The breakfast was very good I like sausage, biscuits, gravy and scramble eggs. The front desk staff very helpful they give directions to the restaurants, and we also got the free late check out.

The property was quiet. Breakfast was decent. The bed linens were old and worn. We had an issue getting more towels and that was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I wouldn’t book here again.
