How it has more than a one star rating is beyond me. Property not maintained at all, grass not cut, garbage strewn all over property. There are several large trash cans outside building along walkway (can't imagine why so many are needed) and all were OVERFLOWING with trash, even extra bags of garbage outside the bins including multiple flattened boxes from cases of beer and take out food containers. I can't imagine the type of varmints attracted to the trash. I suspect this facility has turned partially into a residential hotel but don't know for sure. I did not even feel safe leaving my car there overnight. My supposedly non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Enough said. I checked in and then checked right out. I was at least afforded a full refund.

It’s a motel, no wonder the price is cheap. The sanitation in the house is not good, there is a strange smell, and it is only a little better to open the door for a long time. Two police cars appeared the next morning and it seems that something went wrong. No breakfast, no hot water in the room. The black man at the front desk has a general attitude.

This hotel is about definition average as you get. The room was outdated, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice enough throughout the stay to not have any complaints about. The breakfast definitely left something to be desired but hey it's complimentary so what are you going to do. In the end was it a great hotel? No. Was there anything severely wrong with the room that justified a complaint? Also no. Would I stay here again? Possibly....?

Here's the list: WiFi didn't work in our room - during the entire stay. We mentioned it to the guy at the front desk and were told ”sometimes we have issues in the rooms. Try it again when you get upstairs.” No solution, no asking if we wanted a different room. We went out and when we returned, there was a different guy at the desk. Mentioned it to him, and he asked if we had tried using the directions that were TAPED TO THE FRONT DESK. No, we had tried using the directions given to us with the keys when we checked in. They were DIFFERENT. We were able to get on WiFi in the lobby but then it still didn't work in our room with either login. There was only 1 elevator working the entire time - which had been the case when we stayed there SEVEN MONTHS ago. The pool was ”being repaired” so it wasn't open. It looked fine, but unavailable to guests. The next morning the TV in our room wasn't working and it also wasn't working in the main room where breakfast is eaten. And finally, the shower head had water coming out of only 1 of 3 possible places. Thankfully we were both tall enough to reach the shower head to adjust it a bit. Not sure what you do if you're 5'2.

My husband and I were in town for a night to visit family. It was the hottest weekend of the year thus far. We were able to check in early to our suite which was nice, but the nice ends there. We turned on the AC before leaving to spend the day with family. (Around 2:30pm) When we returned (about 11:30pm), the AC was still on but the room was hotter than when we left earlier that afternoon. Neither of the units worked. It was so hot neither of us could sleep. My husband went to the front desk but they wouldn't move us because they claim to be fully booked. They also did not have any fans available. He asked for the manager but he wasn't in. (Which is understandable as it was 2:30am). My husband slept in the car with the AC on. At checkout in the morning he again asked for the manager but he wasn't in yet. (8:30am on Sunday morning) The woman at the desk asked if there was a problem and I thought my husband's head was going to burst. She was the person he had spoken to earlier about the AC not working! I think there was a language barrier. There were televisions, no remotes for either. The bathroom sink was clogged. The toilet hadn't been cleaned. There was coffee, no coffee maker. Breakfast was advertised, no breakfast. The room smelled. We will never stay here again. I gave a one circle rating because they let us check in early and the staff was nice everything beyond that was awful.
