Second time staying here for an annual event, very happy with everything!

The best place to go the staff are awesome very sweet especially Maddy and chay and most importantly security guard james I come here at least 5 times every summer very highly recommended

Our entire tour group was genuinely impressed by the strong security presence in the lobby area of the Parsippany Sheraton Hotel. It gave us an immediate sense of comfort and safety, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated seeing Security Officer James, whose friendly demeanor and professional presence stood out. He made us feel welcome and well-looked after throughout our visit. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and very accommodating. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. Everyone in our group commented on how much they enjoyed the stay. We highly recommend the Parsippany Sheraton to other tour groups looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

The Parsippany Sheraton Hotel is uniquely shaped like a castle, giving it a grand and distinctive appearance that stands out. Its architecture immediately sets a charming, regal tone. The hotel grounds are impressively large and spacious, especially when it comes to parking there was plenty of room for all guests, with easy access and well-lit areas. We felt genuinely safe throughout our stay, as the hotel clearly prioritizes security. Security guard James was particularly kind and professional; speaking with him was a pleasure and added to our sense of comfort and peace of mind.
