Nice hotel for the price. The hotel is definitely starting to show it's age and could probably use some room renevations. The pool is also very outdated. The scenery inside the hotel is very nice though with all the foliage throughout. The breakfast was awesome with an omelet bar too! Would stay again.

Bad drainage system tubs full of hair no emergency maintenance guys to snake the drains clean anything literally had to do it myself

Having to pay $15 per night for parking rub me the wrong way to start. I was not even inform at the front desk that this was the case. it was not until I went to park after checking in I saw the signs. The hotel is in need of a reno. I stayed in room 220, the furniture were old, the tub in the bathroom had a big rust spot in the middle of it.
The hotel were never clean it looks like. I saw some fries on the carpet beside my room door the whole time of my visit. No clean the outside passage way it look like.
Also the water fall was just too loud in the Atrium

Terrible experience. The food was awful, and the hotel is very old and badly in need of renovation. The attendant did not explain the charges properly, and I was shocked to discover that another deposit had been charged. I do not recommend this place at all. Very disappointed.

Disappointed guest
Food was expensive and seemed pre made. Chef micro-wave was evident with the high prices. Dirty dishes on the ground outside my door when I arrived to the room. You can only use the pool for an hour and must reserve it first. Sketchy people in the parking lot checking out the cars. Hot tub closed but not advertised beforehand that it is no longer available. I haven’t been there in over 5 years definitely has gone down in quality. Charging for parking also screams of desperation in creating revenue.

this is an older Embassy Suites. Disappointing that you have to pay to park. Also, the water does not taste good. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
