Exelente servicio bien agradecido con el personal ya que fui en un tiempo de emergencia debido a que se incendio el hotel en el que estaba hospedado un día antes por esos siempre los voy a recomendar mil gracias por todo su apoyo es algo que nunca vamos a olvidar por las atenciones de su personal nuevamente 1000 gracias

Estuvimos hospedados en este lugar en Semana Santa y nos cargaron el precio de dos noches, de las cuales sólo ocupamos una. Le dijimos a la srita que sólo era una, y nos dijo que no había problema que nos haría el reembolso, pero hasta el día de hoy no lo han hecho !! Tengo varios chats solicitándolo y pasándoles la cuenta a la que se haría. El hotel no vale la pena en relación al costo$$ ya que en su pequeño restaurante solo atiende una chica y es la misma que lavaplatos, cocina y atiende por lo que era muuuy tardada la atención. Las fotos que suben en las redes están muy bien tomadas y hacen que se vea bien el hotel por que NO SE PARECE NADA a lo que ofrecen, pésimas habitaciones. Muy mala experiencia no vale la pena.
