Mala experiencia, falta de personal, limpieza en habitaciones, falta de toallas, restaurante corto en menú... Solo felicito a las chicas del spa y la instalación. Deberian mantenerlo cerrado hasta que no garanticen la funcionalidad completa.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, muy bonito todo apesar de que tuvieron un accidente hace meses y se quemo cierta área del hotel El bar esta muy bonito pero el servicio de meseros deja mucho qué desear. Y lo peor es que no tienen muchos de los vinos en existencia y bueno el Chiste aquí es probar los vinos no?? 2do punto débil la cocina esta mucho peor que el bar los meseros están demasiado mal tan mal que arruinan toda la experiencia y el cafe estaba horrible y no había otra opción. Lastima Porque el lugar si tiene potencial. Pero Con esa gente que no quiere atender no se puede hacer nada Felicidades a recepcion y seguridad y limpieza en el Cuarto todo perfecto con eso

Tienen un excelente servicio y la comida tiene una variedad equilibrada. El lugar es pintoresco y con muebles de excelente gusto, cómodo. Pedí un chile en nogada con hojaldre, que en vez de granada usaron fresa, bien ideado y de buen gusto. Maridamos con un Rivera González, fue una buena decisión.
