Has an awesome stay at this property. The resort is quite clean and well maintained. The overall experience is value for money. Akshay at reception was quite helpful and ensured a smooth checkin process. Would definitely come here again next time.

Good ambience and friendly management and staff. Claudio Pacheco the owner very much co-operative. Rates reasonable and food was fantastic. Liquor available with pork, beef, chicken dishes really good. visit with friends or family members

1) room was not clean at all and with the dust that came, looked like for several days the room is not cleaned! housekeeping was made to properly sweep and swab. 2) bedclothes were shabby and smelt of uni- freshness 3) staff has to really really learn the art of speaking with customers i regret that we had to stay here, mores o because we are travel-ling in a group. Worst stay experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here even if it's free, big fat rats roam inside the villa eating the doors and curtains (I have pics), when your back to the room you will be treated with rat poop on your bed, staff will tell you plz wait till morning to get it adressed and absolutely no hot water available incase you want to have a bath. AC leakage inside the room, main door has no lock and their staff just randomly push the door open peep inside and walk away, and the best part of the stay is the mosquitos, make sure you have enough blood to donate to them when you come to stay here. All in all a terrible experience, we checked in on 20th May 2024 and just waiting to leave on the 28th of May 2024. And if you think complains to the reception will help then your sadly mistaken and they will tell you after 4pm no one is available for complains. I am even writing to the Goa Tourism officials to shut down this scam villa they give on rent.

The person at the reception told on the call that they will provide early check in on the spot on arrival. As we reached the hotel then the person who was on night duty denied for early check in. He was not knowing anything about the booking even dont know how to use the computer to check the booking. We have to sleep on sofa for atleast 5 hrs then after they demanded extra money to give rooms. After a long arguement they provided us room. The room was full of insects and the service was very poor. They dont even provide toothkit.

The rooms were very good and was cleaned regularly.. The food was on time and The food was amazing and (Mr.ParveenDhar) and (Mr.Bikram) did a really great job serving and were friendly as well.. Overall experience was awesome and I'd definitely recommend to visit the resot..
