Polos Hotel Paros

Very Good location and overall the room was good for the price. The pool is really nice, lots of beds to lie around and a bar. I would suggest to renovate rooms.

I don't normally write reviews, but I just want to let people know this hotel is not as pretty as it looks. Staff are lovely, and the beds are very comfy . Unfortunately, that is where it ends. Hotel overpriced, Pool area scruffy. Lifted up cushions on pool settee, and it was filthy Pool water cloudy. Loungers are broken, and hard plastic ones are very uncomfortable I had to ask for bed to be changed, as it hadn't been done. The shower not cleaned. When I mentioned these to the manager, all he could say was that they have 3 cleaners to do 42 rooms 🤦‍♀️ We had to wait ages for shower to get warm. only a dribble at that. The shower door was broken . Only one door on. It clearly needs money spending on ut. The reviews saying it's excellent, well definitely not..it's a overpriced, low budget hotel

It’s a small hotel, 43 rooms. It’s calm and relaxing. When we enter, either Arsène or Anastasia will welcome you. They are very friendly and accommodating. We love hotels for the people we meet. The staff knows a lot about this island. All of their suggestions and ideas made our trip memorable and wonderful. The pool is a good size and very often we were the only one there. The room has a great balcony and a mini fridge. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Remember it’s a 3 stars hotel. Nothing fancy.

Terrible. I don't understand where these 5/5 can come from but it was the worse of the worse for us. We were booked there by exoticca. No doubt because it is the cheapest they can find. Firstly there are no working elevators so you carry your bags up and down stairs which is ok if you are young. The room we were given smelled like Urine. Who ever was there before us most likely peed in the shower. It was very noticable. They cleaned it 3 times before the smell went way. Which makes me wonder how well they clean normally. They gave married couples that were traveling with our group bunk beds. I don't blame Polos on this as much as I do Exoticca but they should have turned down the reservation. People who got booked that way ended up booking something else. The hotel is surrounded by youth hostels and ATV pickup centers. So it gives you an idea of the location. It's by the port/Ferry. All the furniture in the lobby was covered by blankets because it is so run down. It might a been a nice place 30 years ago. There is no way I would consider this 3 stars. Tang orange juice, bad coffee of grocery pasteries for breakfast. The staff tried but mostly made excuses and told us this is much better that what is on the other islands. Its not in my opinion. I would like to see proof that this place is a 3 star because it does not meet my my expectations for the criteria

When we first arrived the reception smelled like a sewer. The receptionist was kind of mean and seemed bothered by us. We got a room in the basement which seemed alright at first until we started the Ac and a puddle quickly started to appear on the floor. The room was also pretty outdated and the feeling of it all was old and not well maintained. The pool era didn’t have enough chairs, and it also seemed outdated.
