The service in Bhutan is actually quite good, but this Le Méridien is very frustrating. When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggage. I went to the front desk last night to reserve a take away breakfast for this morning, but when I went in the morning, they said it was not available and asked me to wait. I couldn't wait even if I had an early flight. 😅 The service is far worse than other hotels in Bhutan.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our recent stay at Le Meridien Paro with our guest, and they were really happy. The hotel was clean, and the staff was exceptional—kind, helpful, and attentive. A special mention to Ms. Nim Zam, the Front Office Manager, and Ms. Samita Khati from Sales personal, who were both particularly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel and the staff under GM Amit was the most comfortable for this mom with a babe. Not only were the infant meals perfectly made to order and requirement, they were also delicious. Further the staff was patient friendly and proactive in ensuring that the infant was watched over when she wandered around. The river access was easy and beautiful. The spirit of hospitality was taken to a whole new level making the stay a relaxing and comfortable one. The care taken earns more than the five star rating! Thank you. Kanica

One of the best hotels around Paro and the location is near the river front ! Great ambience with friendly staff Lovely view from the restaurant serving food ! Lots of choice of foods available from every Asian corner & also European foods The rooms are all big and spacious and every modern with lots of plugs The bathroom is also spacious and has has all the toiletries

Great service at the front desk. Efficient. Food at the restaurant is also very good, especially the Indian food selection and dessert. The Executive Chef, Satyajeet, is also very attentive to guests, making sure that we had a wonderful dining experience.

Our Bhutan trip with Le meridian was excellent, since my husband is titanium member we got complimentary lounge with drinks & snacks Mr Ugyen the bartender in the bar gave us a very good service. I would recommend everyone this place for their comfortable stay

My husband and I are really enjoying our visit. The spa is lovely and the hotel is close to the town and the Tigers Nest. We have an excellent view of the river from our room. Everyone here goes above and beyond. We especially enjoy having cocktails at the bar with Ugyea who has made us wonderful drinks. I am looking forward to celebrating my 60th birthday here tomorrow.
