Amazing hotel, the staff is beyond nice, makes you feel cared for. High attention to detail. It is located close to the bus station so it is easy to reach, generally a great location. Recommend 100%, will stay there if I ever visit Pärnu again.

Nice location, friendly staff and good comfortable bed but that is all. Small rooms, no place where to put shoes, the floor is getting wet when snow is melting on shoes. The breakfast is announced as "Excellent" but in fact it is regular, far from excellent. During reservation price for private sauna was 40eur but during check in staff asked for 60eur. Jacuzzi in private sauna is just small pool with cool water. The coffee machine in the room is not working.

Hotel situato a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Pärnu. Posteggio disponibile in loco (non prenotabile); qualora non fosse disponibile é presente un parcheggio pubblico di fronte. Suite in linea con la descrizione. Letti davvero comodi, pulizia ottima. Bagno rinnovato e pulito nonostante la presenza della tendina doccia (che non concepisco nel 2024...). Cassetta di sicurezza disponibile. Colazione con una buona scelta (nonostante ci fosse predominante di componente salata). Staff  della reception molto disponibile e cortese. Staff della colazione molto freddo e non molto propenso a supportare i clienti.

We arrived before check in time but were able to check in to our room. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We had a city view room which was lovely especially with Christmas lights still up. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We had our window open during the night because the room was a little too warm for us. The hotel is in a great location and we walked to the shops and to a nearby hotel for dinner. We also enjoyed a private sauna experience which is a must do in Parnu. The price was good but remember we were there in winter, it might be much more expensive in peak time. Definitely recommend.

Stayed with my family for 3 nights. The rooms are well cleaned and have big nice windows. Air conditioning very effective, had to turn it off once a while. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Would give 5/5, but the breakfast could be more versatile. But the kids loved the breakfast, which is nice. If I’m visiting Pärnu again, I’ll stay in this hotel. 

Very nice hotel. Ideal location. Reasonable price. Staff friendly. Delicious breakfast. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Minus - city noise. But you can close the window and not hear the noise. There is a parking as well. I recommend to everyone.
