The room was clean and tidy. The front desk receptionist was very enthusiastic, helping to carry the luggage to the room, and patiently informed the breakfast time and the card swiping at the door. You need to swipe the card to enter and exit the hotel, which is very safe.

What a wonderful hotel and location. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable. They had working AC unlike many other 4 to 5 star hotels we were at in Italy. The beds were actually soft! They even had TV in English. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything, but still tucked away to feel private and secure. We loved this hotel and Parma so much we are already planning another trip to both. The only issue I had is the top cover sheet on the bed was sprayed with a fragrance. It was nice but I have allergies so I removed it while we were there. If you have bad allergies I'm sure you could request in advance not to have scents sprayed in your room. Mark this one in your favorites as I am certain you will feel the same as I do.
