Beautiful hotel located in the countryside easily and conveniently connected to the city. Large common spaces, attentive and professional staff. Comfortable and functional rooms. Large and good breakfast buffet. The only flaw: the rooms are poorly soundproofed and you can hear the neighbors talking. For the rest everything is top notch.

The sound insulation is very poor, and the voices next to you can be heard clearly

Rich breakfast, clean hotel

L'albergo èin posizione comoda ed è dotato di ampio parcheggio. In stile moderno, si sviluppa su due piani, ed avendo tante camere ci sono dei corridoi lunghissimi da percorrere per arrivare alle stanze, rispetto a dove c'è l'ascensore. Il pavimento del corridoio al primo piano, è un po disuniforme e scricchiola sotto i piedi. In qualche angolo è posato in maniera provvisoria. Il personale di servizio è un po' rumoroso, sia alla sera tardi, spostando al pian terreno, all'aperto in corrispondenza delle stanze, dei carrelli pieni di materiale vario, sia il personale che riassetta le camere al mattino presto, quando magari qualche ospite vuole riposare ancora. Camere ampie, letto matrimoniale big size molto comodo. Cabina doccia con un solo lato chiuso. l?altro lato della doccia, molto ampio, rimane aperto, senza vetro e quindi lascia uscire parecchia acqua se non si è un po' attenti. Ottima e ricca la colazione, sia dolce che salata.

Nice hotel on outskirts of palma. Comfortable. Good foid. Staff not very attentive. Shame its on outskirts. Bar was totally lacking which was a very big shock for such a nice hotel. Romms arenice and clean. Grounds are well kept and lots of parking.

Visited this hotel on occasion of Cibus. Hotel is nicely presented, although is located outside Parma town. Rooms are ok, not too small but neither big. Good bathroom. Restaurant: breakfast ok, good choice of yogurts, juices and English breakfast too. Dinner: good a la carte menu plus salad buffet

We had a one night stop over at Parma & Congressi hotel travelling on a 12 day coach holiday with leger, on arrival we had a lovely evening meal with table service in the restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms very good but not sure about the jacuzzi bath maybe bit out dated, we enjoyed a good buffet style breakfast with lots of food choices, enjoyed my stay.

Badest hotel i ever slept in. Ants all over the floor, and havent cleaned the room ever before. The walls are broken with markes on it. Not to recommed for anybody. Even if you only are staying for one night like us. The only positive was that we got a new room with spidernet instead.

This hotel is located a 10 minute drive from Parma so not an ideal location. Although they have a restaurant, they had a convention going on so they only had a disappointing buffet menu. Nice room and staff.

Convenient location for reaching the airport and the fair. Very quiet and peaceful. Ample parking, very formal welcome. Large rooms with bathroom worthy of being called that. Comfortable and comfortable beds. Slightly vintage room furnishings!!! But not heavy. Sore point is the breakfast, I saw jugs of juice wanting at 97.00 in the morning! Empty brioches trays. Two machines for coffee, chocolate etc... slow. Waiting for the moment... you have to seize the moment😊. There isn't a wide choice and it's poorly laid out. You eat breakfast and leave satisfied. To be rated 4 stars S…. A little overestimated.

I attended this hotel for an intensive course, I really enjoyed myself, very clean rooms, excellent buffet with lots of choice, very helpful receptionists and I give an extra note of merit to the afternoon/evening bartender who, in addition to being very helpful , I found him very knowledgeable and he knew how to brighten up my evenings, making me experiment with some good cocktails. I advise!

Hotel well located, easy to find and park. Spacious and comfortable room. The only downside is the lack of a kettle and an espresso coffee maker, with bags of teas, herbal teas and coffee like in any worthy 4*! Welcoming and customer-oriented staff. Very hearty New Year's Eve meal. The aperitif with Proseco accompanied by prosciuto and parmesan is missing! As well as a festive wine after dessert with panettone and pandoro. Damage !
