No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the house. 2. No Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.3. No Parties or Events: We ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.4. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Please let us know if you need flexibility with these times, and we will do our best to accommodate.5. Respect the Property: Please treat our home with care. Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly.6. Clean Up After Yourself: Please clean up any spills and dispose of trash properly. The kitchen should be left in a tidy state.7. Parking: Use designated parking areas. Please inform us if you plan to park an RV, as we may need to unlock the main gate during your stay.8. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.9. Safety: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the house. Familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.For your safety and security, our property is equipped with Ring video doorbells and cameras outside. We have a Ring video doorbell monitoring the front door, as well as a Ring camera positioned above the garage door facing the front parking lot.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please do not tamper with or unplug the Wi-Fi router.
