"Neat and quiet. Breakfast is quite satisfactory. The airport came about half an hour and there was no shuttle bus. About 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a Chinese-style Royal buffet, $30/person, with a wide variety and fresh dishes."

"Very clean. Loved our King suite, especially for the price!!! Food was good, but they had a bit of a hard time keeping up with hot items being stocked... It was pretty packed though, so it was understandable. They kindly gave me a late checkout so the kids could swim after breakfast... Pool is a little small and we're always a fan of a hotel with a hot tub (which this one doesn't have), but it was clean and did the job for the kiddos anyways. Overall, one of the best Hamptons we have been to and we will definitely go back when in the Chicago area."

"Very clean and quiet. Each room has a kitchen set including a dining table and 4 chairs (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, and cook wares, etc) We used a Premium room. It has two separate rooms with a queen bed. Very nice. Swimming pool and fitness room are very good and many people use them. Overall my family is very satisfied with the facility. Will visit again next time."

"Stayed here on the last day of a business trip, catching a plane the next day, and returning the car, so I lived here. It is also very convenient to eat nearby, there is a mall not far from driving, and there are many choices. Very pleased with the service since she gave us an hour later to checkout due to scheduling for the pool situation for Covid-19. The facilities and especially the pool was clean with salt water so that's a bonus for me on this trip. Would come back next time and recommend it to anyone."

The room was really nice… Only things were that the fridge was noisy at times and the shower occasionally made noises… The fridge didn’t wake us at all though, so we didn’t really mind… The pool was smaller than expected and closed for maintenance/cleaning on a Sunday morning, which I didn’t think was the best timing. Kids were bummed of course as we didn’t get to use them and it’s one of the reasons I picked this hotel… Overall, we would still choose to stay here again should we come back to Schaumburg area…

GGuest UserI was in Schaumburg for a 2 Day conference and chose to stay at a more cost effective location since I was traveling alone and really just needed a decent place to stay.
Upon arrival, I was greeted and given my key cards. I drove towards the side door as it was closer to the
elevator. Not the hotels fault I guess, but people were smoking in areas I know weren’t designated for smoking.
The 2nd floor ***** of ***. I am grateful it wasn’t coming from my room, however: the assigned room did not smell clean at all. I did bring cleaning sprays from home just in case, the room wasn’t clean. I had to wipe the counters , desk and sink top off. They were dirty and sticky to the touch. I was going to ask for staff to come up and check the room but decided not to do that.
The next morning I went to the front desk to ask that
Housekeeping not clean until I left. Front desk staff was on the cellular device and I had to get his attention. He was nice and courteous but told me that rooms were cleaned once per week. Guess that’s why my assigned room smells the way.
While I am an avid dog lover, the dogs coming out the exit when I tried to enter were huge. This gentleman had two and could hardly control them.
Nevertheless, you get what you pay for so I can’t be too upset. I just don’t recall this chain being so lax about the amenities, staff professionalism-and cleanliness.

SSamDamThe hallways smell very bad. The bathroom is a bit dingy. The sheets were clean. They don't offer dry cleaning/laundry and they clean the room after 3 nights minimum. They don't have some amenities stocked like medicine, etc in the store. I stayed here because it was cheap and close the Renaissance hotel and convention center. For the price it was worth it.

BBao LongAfter a business trip, this type of hotel can be rented for a short period of time. There are simple cookers for cooking, but they are very simple. The room is not very big, it is still quiet, there is a shopping center around, except the hotel network is not very good, the other overall is good, the price is cheap.
