YYingThe location of the apartment is very good, the view is facing the sea, the area is large and well equipped. The decoration is also very elegant, with the convenience of the hotel and the feeling of home. The landlord service is attentive and thoughtful. Free parking space, next time you go to Penang, you must book this apartment again.

JJulianaThe room is clean and comfortable. They do provide some basic things such as water, coffee and toiletries. They also provide fridge, washing machine, and can also do some simple cooking in the room.
The location is strategic and is easy to locate this apartment. The staffs are friendly and nice.

曹曹The interior is clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is beautiful, lean on a railing, you can see the beautiful scenery of Penang, the staff is attentive, and the patient and considerate care is impressive. I am very satisfied with the experience.

GGuest UserCheck in process was painful without any pre instruction given, only knew need to call agent to make deposit payment from front counter during check in, but having difficulty to call agent, because agent only pick up call after many many calls. The whole check in process took more than an hour 😡👎

GGuest UserThe apartment is incredibly spacious, with very comfortable beds—perfect for a relaxing stay. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which is ideal for families with children. We did encounter a minor electrical issue, but the customer service team resolved it promptly after we contacted them.
A few small improvements could enhance the experience: the floors and bedsheets could be cleaner, and replacing the older linens with fresh ones would make a big difference. Additionally, providing basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash would be a thoughtful touch for guests.
Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay.
