Amazing
GGuest User”The hotel is new and very well located—just one street behind the famous street in Ipoh, so it's easy to find food nearby. As for the room, the name of the hotel includes 'petite', and true to the name, the room is small, but it was enough for us. It's simple, clean, and nicely done.
There’s no minibar or hair dryer in the room, but there is a safety box. The soundproofing could be better—we could hear the doors opening and closing from the next room.
Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay
CCliff SohWe are happy with our stay. The room and toilet are very clean and newly renovated. With the price that I paid and its good location, I would consider it as value for money. I do not mind coming back when I visit IPoh
JJacqueline Wong Ka YingItem lock broken need us to call after inform group and no respond even after call, self service until max from self take keys check in to keys can't open door due to door no battery. Somemore collect our money for deposit 😅 which understandable but need to keep up service lah haiya, give us sparkling juice later as apology
Room is good view, but quality of amenities really cannot compare with hotel although we only 3 person - 2 adult 1 kid and we pay more RM230 for this while hotel room only around RM180 (really comfy one). Bed mattress not so comfortable (look like unused home 2nd hand dump there) and aircond got sound (Aux china brand) tiak tiak
End up raining so my baby also can't play at the small pool waterpark area, so kinda wasted anyway
HHeeLee WongWe're frequent travellers to Ipoh on monthly basis. As we arrived early before 3pm this time, counter staff was working on allowing about 2 hours of early check-in, appreciated. Vehicle parking process was well explained. Restaurant staff were friendly during breakfast session.
KKhairainStayed at this as hotel it use to be the best hotel in Ipoh when I was young. Over the years a lot of new hotel in ipoh. Impiana hotel is not like it use to be. Very bad staff management. Room that I book I wasn’t sure it was a premier room as some of other family members book a normal room look exactly the same as my room. The rooms also very outdated and only 1 lift was working out of 3 lift.
AAnonymous UserJust a simple hotel. Nothing overly fancy.
It's weird that the room does not have bedside table. The room is not carpeted, but it has viynl/woodlike stickers, it is not cold.
The area is not exactly welcoming with Bars on both ends and unmanaged vacant properties beside it
SSH CHNGStayed at Symphony Hotel, Ipoh for a business trip with my colleague. The location is convenient, close to local eateries and just a short drive from the city center. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with basic amenities suitable for work and rest. Check-in was smooth, and staff were polite and helpful. A good option for a short business stay in Ipoh.
AAnonymous UserThe homestay has a lovely ambiance, perfect for a group of friends or family to gather, socialize, and snap some memorable photos. It's well-equipped with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, plates, cups, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare and enjoy fresh fruit. All the areas, including the two bedrooms, living room, and even the patio/balcony, are fitted with air conditioning.
The host's service was truly outstanding. I had forgotten my phone and, consequently, the entry password. We had to use a friend's phone to access Ctrip and reach out to the host, who then promptly resent the password to my friend, allowing us to finally get inside. It would have been a massive headache otherwise!
Both bathrooms are well-stocked with shampoo and shower gel. The rooftop pool is absolutely stunning.
The only minor drawbacks were that the floors were a bit dusty; we literally had to wash our feet before bed to avoid getting the sheets dirty. Additionally, the sink in the living room's bathroom had some grime, and the toilet paper was quite flimsy.
Despite these minor issues, they were acceptable and didn't significantly detract from our enjoyment. If we get another chance, I'd definitely come back to see if the floors are cleaner next time! 😉
Llu_with_a_viewFantastic stay! Clean, comfortable pillows & mattress (without a bedframe - not a problem for us but just so you know). Nice sized room with hanging area & shelf. Good AC. Sufficient amount of toilets/showers, & shower has hot water. The location is great, close to the train station & by many restaurants. Note: reception is inside the compound, not on the street. Check in was simple and service friendly (though one gent on the desk couldn't help us with any info on buses to the Cameron Highlands). Pool area was cleaned daily. Would stay again.
