"Beautiful Onsen hotel. Visiting a friend at Yuda Onsen, and chanced upon Onn. Japanese standard of service and cleanliness, price is reasonable as well. I love how i could visit the onsen as many times I want. For those who are too shy, you can book one of the two private onsen rooms for ¥3500 per hr which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Free flow of coffee at the coffee machine at the reception. Too many great things at this hotel to be written in a few words. Only downside would be the really tiny rooms but most Japanese hotels are tiny anyway."

"My flight arrival on the early morning, and reached the hotel around 13.45-14.00. And I wanna leave luggages at the room and hope to hurry to visit another sightseeing on afternoon. But actually the hotel ignore early check-in, so I must paid 1000 yen for nothing to do at the room. I think the hotel don’t get any good mindset to traveler and don’t have any flexible about the rule of conditions. "The hotel is clean and tidy, there is a hot spring next door, and there are discounts for the guest hot springs. I am very satisfied. I especially want to thank the hotel. I booked the wrong date and couldn't stay. The hotel fully cooperates with Ctrip to help me with the refund and change it to the order of the day. It is very user-friendly. Thank you. Have the opportunity to live again next time. The foot soup at the nearby JR station 🚉 is very awkward. I am very satisfied with the foot while watching the train!"

"I visited Shin-Yamaguchi after a few days in Fukuoka. The weather was still cold, and it rained a little. From the station, just cross the street, and you’ll arrive at the hotel. It’s about a three-minute walk if you have luggage. Next to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven and many izakayas.
The manager greeted me warmly, and the staff were extremely friendly. They would greet guests as they walked in, making me feel very welcome. Welcome drinks and coffee are available until midnight—I loved their lemon water! You can also use the library/cafeteria for work or reading, which is quite convenient.
Amenities are placed on the first floor next to the elevator. Breakfast tickets are available, with multiple time slots to choose from. The room size is big for the price. The bathroom is compact, but I had no issues enjoying a bath. The only inconvenience was the lack of a remote control to adjust the air-conditioner’s wind direction.
There are two washing machines and two dryers on the fourth floor, both of which can be connected via an app. If you don’t have coins, you can pay through the app with a credit card, and it will show a timer for when your laundry is done. The washing machine is easy to use, but the dryer took a bit long. Ice is also available on this floor.
There are no complimentary bottled waters in the room, so I often went down to the first floor for lemon water and coffee.
Breakfast was more abundant than I expected. Since this is a chain hotel, I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. The menu seemed to change daily, and I really enjoyed having breakfast here. Definitely worth the price. If I visit Yamaguchi again, I would definitely book this hotel!"

"Located in the middle of Tangtian Hot Spring Street, there is a large free parking lot. Since it rained that night, I wanted to put down my luggage in front of the hotel, but the male staff asked to park the car first. The parking lot is an open-air parking lot, so I have to cover the luggage and have a wolf.
After check-in, the staff explained the location of the meal and the hotel hot spring. They also took me to the room and arranged the meal time. You can let me rest before going to the restaurant. It will be a good time. The dinner tastes good and the family is all liquidated. After the meal, go to the hotel hand letter store, a lot of authentic products, the price will not be too expensive.

The room was warm and the bed was spacious, so I was able to relax and unwind.
The breakfast was delicious, with dishes such as puffer fish sashimi, a specialty of Yamaguchi Prefecture, and pear jam.
I'd like to stay here again.

Uuncle puiHotel space is very large. It is definitely the hotel where I have stayed in five of the largest rooms in Japanese hotels in the past 30 years. There are 28 square meters. The location of the shower place in the big bath is relatively small. Others can be. Breakfast has three times. Each period is only half an hour. A little pressure for our leisure travelers. Others are generally satisfied. There is also a certain space for wearing shoes when leaving the room. Very appreciated
