RRravlThis hotel is so nice that I booked two more nights. There is free coffee, free snacks, and even a free facial mask (not for covid, it is for beauty). The co work space is good. But the network speed is not fast enough for online meeting.

RREI YSItโs really a very good hotel. I didnโt expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

You can send me to the station in the morning. Only Monday, but not.
Breakfast is ok. It is Shinjiko Shijimi miso soup. The number of items is not so much. But it's not bad.
I'm glad that there is a hot spring โจ๏ธ โบ๏ธ I was relieved that there was a card key for women.
I'm glad to drink drip coffee โ๏ธ freely โช
There was only a smoking room and I stayed there. There was an air purifier and a deodorant. ๏ผ It smelled for a day. It's a reflection.

YYolkieThis hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on:
- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

Jjo taroIt feels like an old inn has been renewed for private guests. The building may be old, but the interior is beautiful.
The single private room is super small with only a bed. Well, there is no problem with lying down and looking at your phone. It's a private room, but of course, you can hear the snoring in the next room, as well as the sound of opening the bag. It might be better to have an earphone.
However, there is an inner hot water, the location is good, and the price is sufficiently satisfactory.

YYolkieThe location is excellent, which is exact as the name across Matsue station. The staff from the front desk are very nice. You can pick up some daily necessities near the front desk (e.g. toothbrush, comb, teabags). I can open a 30 inch luggage and still have reasonable space in my room. The public bath is a bit small but cosy. It is worth to give a try if you wish to stay in Matsue overnight.

RRaymondTo be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! ๐๐๐๐๐

GGoytipMatsue universal hotel is a good hotel. It is located nearby train station which is more convenient to transport. I can go to the city closed to hotel. It is comfortable for me to go shopping. Bedroom is good but there is small smell from furniture. It is a big room and service is good.
I recommend you to book this hotel, good price, good place and good facilities.
