SSairamRoom was very spacious, clean bathroom, buffet breakfast was good. Indoor games room was nice with carrom, chess, board games, table tennis & snooker. Swimming Pool was big ( didn’t use it ). Reception was friendly to handle luggages during check in and check out.

GGuest UserProperty is clean, location is center of the town. 24 hours hot water is available which good. Both veg and non veg food is good in spicy returant in 2nd floor. Provided shower gel, shampoo, two bath towel. Bed is very comfortable with 4 pillows. Missing dental kit, shaving kit. Tea bags, sugar pockets were filled while check in the room, we need to ask when we require it next day. Room cleaning and replacing bath towel is need basis and based on request. This hotel is very far away from site seeing like thali kavery, golden temple. Average travel time from madikeri to hotel is 1 hour 30 minutes.

GGuest Userslow service. we had to ask for basic amenities like toilet roll, refilling of water bottle. linen including bed linen had stain and we had to ask to change. dust and hair on the floor post arrival that they should check before arrival. food quality needs to.imrpove and they keep serving repetitive menu which limited. Staffs were helpful. Only advantage is the view ...due to which I booked the room there. Most of the amenities which are mentioned are on request so they need to mention it online as people think that it would their in the room. hope you improve

MMasterOur booking was initially denied by the property holder. We had a lot of struggle getting it clarified that we booked from trip.com and already paid for it and got the room hours later.
