GGuest UserThe place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

SSujith Bhakthan T RStayed with my family for a day and they gave me a free upgrade to the room with sea view. Friendly staff, and they got a clean swimming pool in which we enjoyed a great evening. They do have enough parking space as well. Food taste need to improve.

ZZahra baghestaniLocation is good close to center, 30 min drive to airport and close to attractions. Room is specious and has kettle, tea and coffee provided.
Wifi works perfectly. It's very clean. Staffs are amazing and helpful.
The only problem there are many mosquitoes in room and some cockroaches in bathroom

Had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Karuna Residency in Mangalore. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location is very convenient. A special thanks to the front office staff for their warm, courteous, and professional service — they truly made the experience better. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserPlace is good but there are some shortcomings. We booked a Executive room but the TV channels didn't work unless you called the front desk. Breakfast supposed to be a buffet didn't find anything at the counters. Had to order everything (we went within the prescribed time slot). Maybe an approach to reduce waste which I concur but not for every item. You might as well have a make to order set up tather than a buffet for breakfast, Location wise perfect, hosts friendly (Mangaloreans are gentle people and love to host).

AAnonymous UserEverything was good, nice service, a bus stop was in front of the door and some stores. Only the food was really bad, dishes were dirty for the included breakfast and orders and my veg soup came with a dead fly in it. So sleep there and don't eat there.
