GGuest UserA great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!

DDuane CarloThe hotel is accessible and the staff is friendly. The reception Piya assist me with my check in and she did a great job. In the restaurant Lolita is super friendly assisting my needs during my breakfast. I definitely come back again. Room are clean and staff is polite and helpful. I will recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserProperty is close to the airport and airport transfer is provided by the hotel which is very convenient. Food quality and taste are very good. But the vegetarian buffet breakfast can be improved by including puri sabzi and buttermilk. Also, a bread toaster needs to be provided.
Otherwise, the service of the hotel is perfect. Rooms are spacious, neatly decorated and regularly cleaned. However, a firm bed would help to improve the sleep quality

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

GGuest UserLocation is good .. but bank opposite there is a party hall so too noisy.. and it's on the main road.. close to NID and Manek chowk, law garden Vasna etc plus point for that. Check was bad as front desk staff very rude. Complained about this. Don't expect too many things for budgeted hotel. Neat and clean. They provide water bottle toiletries breakfast was good. towels only if you ask for it.
