GGuest UserI liked the room. I was surprised I was not made aware in advance that I had to pay £40 upon my arrival deposit even though I had paid the whole amount already despite the fact it's refundable, they should have made it clear what if i had no more money on me. The room was clean, but the second night, the toilet produced a very bad odour, and I felt dust since I started coughing when I was in the room. However, It's a lovely hotel i would stay there again. Hope they take the toilet issue seriously and will rectify it.
I checked for my £40 to see if it had been restored, and It was saying pending, my £40 hasn't been paid back.

BBehekEverything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

GGuest UserGood for price . The pillow cannot sleep , no soap to bath . Poor amenities . Coming to service there is deposit 100 pound with card only . If it is traveler from other country , can take up to 28 days . Hard to reclaim if it is not refunded . Apart from this , everything fine .
