"I absolutely love Hotel H4! It's so clean and elegant, and the staff are always so helpful. The only thing is, it's a little bit away from the centre, but that's OK because there's a Metro 13 right outside the hotel that'll take you straight into the heart of the city, Montparnasse!"

"Our trip cannot be better !! Love this hotel! Room is very clean and has almost everything you need! It’s located in a very safe area with restaurants nearby! We had a blast in this hotel 🏨 I want to give a special shout-out to the receptionist: Eraste!! He went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcomed and valued! I was studying in the lobby during midnight and he offered the best assistance and service to me with a kind smile on his face! The staff and service makes our memories in France 🇫🇷 even more precious and special!!"

"Booked a double room for a long weekend in October. The room was clean and a good size. It was a corner room, so windows to 2 sides. Comfortable bed, nice shower .They provided a nespesso machine and hair dryer. The room had a safe, but it wasn't working. The location is pretty good, very close to the metro (Asnières Gennevilliers les Courtilles), which is on the M14 line. You can get the metro from Orly in about 50 mins. Hotel was clean and reception staff spoke English. There are halal restaurants and boulangerie nearby. Boulangerie Maison Gahfil was great, halal and staff spoke English. Aruwakas Restaurant is a halal smokehouse and very nice. There is also a supermarket nearby. Central Paris is 30-40 minutes away. I would stay here again."

"I booked this hotel because I went to watch a concert at La Defense arena. This is a relatively modern hotel with kiosks to do self check-in/out - quite efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was pleasant but I wished there was a kettle and slippers in the room."

"You get what you pay for. Staff were lovely on checkout in,breakfast and departure. Rooms very basic but all you need to get your head down. Could not access any vending machines for a drink or snacks when we arrived as they only accepted cash and as we came straight from the airport we only had notes and reception had no change to swap. No facilities like a bar or anything which tbh I didn't check before we booked but if I needed somewhere to sleep I would definitely book again for the price and the cheap hotel transfer option."

"Firstly, let's start with the pros, the driver of the hotel shuttle was very friendly, he even brought along the hotel name sign and walked in front of the door where all the people were waiting for their respective hotels' shuttles, so we saw him and gave him our names. The shuttle costs 7 euros per person per trip, so a round trip was 14 euros to and from the airport/hotel. The next morning, it was the same man again. The ride was not close, and there was no public transit/bus so I believed that either the shuttle or taxi were the two options. Next, I called the reception the night prior and asked for a wake up call for 8h30, the man put me on hold and confirmed my room number and time, 8h30, and I asked if I will receive a call and my phone will ring the next morning, he said yes and I hung up and went to bed. Fortunately, I woke up at 6h30 the next morning because I set my cell phone alarm, but there was no call at 8h30 and I waited and waited and waited, nothing, and I made sure my phone was put down nicely the night before, but there was no phone call. I checked out around 9h30 and I told the lady at the reception that I spoke with a man the night before, but no alarm and I waited and waited, she did not apologize nor said excuse me for any error, which is shocking for any hotel staff but this is a four-star-hotel so even MORE shocking. I checked out and asked if the 250 euros deposit will be returned to my credit card and she told me it will be returned to my card automatically. I thanked her and wished her a great day but still no apologies for the missed wake up call. It gets worse, the night before, I had one frozen bag of vegetables I wanted to cook as it was my last night in France, so that was my dinner, I saw a something like a timer ⏲️ and I turned it but still I could not turn on the electric plate, so I walked over a few rooms down and knocked on the door. I thought it was strange that someone was cleaning or doing housekeeping at 22h00 or 22h30 that late at night. It was actually a male technician and I understood why right away, because I couldn't even turn on the power of that electric plate. It took him many tries to finally turn it on, and then increase the power... If it took him like 2-3 mins and he is the hotel technician, how long would it take the hotel guests??? Absolutely ridiculous and good thing I saw an open door further down the hallway! Or else getting someone at 22h00 would take awhile. Finally, I slept with my jacket on ALL night, there was clearly a strong wind coming from outside the balcony... I saw there was a sign telling us that if we open the windows or the door to the balcony, it will disable the heating/air conditioning system. I dared not open anything... But I now understood why the technician was fixing things because honestly things were not in good working order. The next morning, the handheld showerhead needed to be handheld REALLY, the stand is broken so I had to ”lean” it against the wall so that I didn't have to hold on to it while using shampoo or washing my hair... For a four-star-hotel it is totally not worth it, I stayed in a two-star-hotel with WAAAAY BETTER experience. Final verdict, save your money and go elsewhere. The room is big and the water is hot but other than that and the friendly driver of the shuttle, I cannot say anything else that aren't negative. Totally disappointed and definitely will never stay there again."

"The location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall. However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM. Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel. What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse. If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience."

"If hostels aren’t for you this is a good alternative, not the best location though so if your alone and don’t want to uber to and from central paris don’t reccomend. Not the hotels fault, nice staff, i can’t speak any french and they were really accommodating."

"The room was really big and romantic, with a kitchen allowing guests to cook. The room was comfortable and quiet, quite near the airport but not near enough to walk. Though the room is quite dark even with all the lights on. A shuttle is required which the hotel does provide. However, the hotel did not mention to us that a reservation is required and we ended up to being able to take the shuttle and had to wait 45mins. The reception staff did attend to my requests and helped me but they were not very polite at first. Eventually they felt bad and booked a taxi for us and helped with our luggage. The taxi was too small for our baggage but the shuttle driver took us instead and was kind enough to drop us nearer to our terminal. We weren’t very pleased with how they did not inform us to book the shuttle when we asked about it upon check-in. But they made it up to us which we are pleased with."

"The room is a little small, but the environment and hygiene are good. It's only 5 minutes away from the subway station. The biggest drawback is that on Saturdays and Sundays, you can only have breakfast in the lounge on the 2nd floor in the morning, and the hotel restaurant is closed and does not provide meals. I think restaurants should be open on Saturdays and Sundays to make more money. We couldn't find anything to eat when we came back from work at night, and there were very few places to eat near the hotel. We were a little tired after work, so we could only find a Japanese restaurant opened by a foreigner nearby. It was super unpalatable. It is recommended that if possible, you can walk a little further, about 10 to 15 minutes to the nearby shopping mall to find food. It might be a bit cold if you walk on the road in winter."
