"Fantastic place! Located in a traditional house in a historic village, surrounded by beautiful limestone peaks. The owner is really friendly and speaks some English. The rooms are simple but very clean. Lots of small cafes and food options on the same street.

"The hotel is facing the street and the road is currently being built, so the surrounding environment is not good. Back to the room: the triple room is a bit small and there is not much place to put things. There are many jacks in the room, so don't worry about not having enough plugs for charging. Configured with mineral water, kettle and hair dryer, the bathroom is also separated from wet and dry. Because it is a newly opened hotel, it feels very good. The bed is also very comfortable to sleep. More than 200 rooms, I don't know if they are expensive in the local area, I think this price is completely acceptable during the May 1st holiday."

"The location is very good. After getting off the highway, follow the navigation for a while and it is easy to find. The boss is very talkative, because we arrived late at night, and asked us whether we should be early the next day, and suggested that we leave the car keys at the front desk the next morning. He said that he would help us move the car to let the car out the next morning."

GGuest UserJust came back from Zhengzhou to stay at the Phoenix City Hotel, the experience far exceeded expectations! The price is really super high. I said in advance that I want a quiet room and upgraded directly to a city view bed. Not only is the view outside the window good, the room is also very quiet, and the rest is very comfortable. What I didn't expect is that there are voice-controlled curtains. The front desk girl service is very good, health is not bad, next time I come back, I will choose here!

From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, the enthusiastic and professional staff take the initiative to help with luggage and check in. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, which makes people feel warm. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were all available, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I didn't want to get up after sleeping for two nights! The location is also very good, the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient, and the transportation is convenient. Whether it is service or environment, it is impeccable, highly recommended, will choose here next time!

MMarcus_DEThere is absolutely nothing to be suspended, the hotel room of the most favourable category as well as the bathroom was clean, the internet reception was good, the TV worked and you could be zapped through the Chinese programs (which is not obvious, as experience has shown, even if a TV is in the room). It was a late check-out until 14:00 and I was even allowed to stay a little longer.
