CCaiseqinyongI came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

AAaron DavidJust stayed at this awesome new hotel, and it’s seriously next level. Super clean, super modern, and loaded with cool tech. Highly recommend getting a room with the bath—it’s amazing. At night, you can just chill in the tub and look out over the city. The tub is huge, totally spotless, and big enough for two, so it’s perfect whether you’re solo or with someone.
Everything’s so well thought out. Wireless charging by the bed and desk, a control system that lets you set the lights and mood exactly how you want, and floor lighting that kicks on when you get out of bed—no stumbling around in the dark.
The setup in my room had the bathroom and shower separate, which felt really spacious. Shower’s powerful and stays hot. The staff here are super helpful and on top of things, too.
There’s a massive TV that hooks up to all your devices, plus a chill reading corner and a desk if you need to get some work done. The bed’s super comfy with a bunch of pillow options, and the soundproofing is on point—slept like a baby.
All in all, it’s the perfect mix of comfort, high-tech, and just really great service. If you want a place that’s both relaxing and cutting-edge, this is it. And bang on the city center!

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay. The food is well prepared and delicious. The hotel is beautifully decorated and our boys were amazed at all the Kung Fu weapons on display. The staff were polite and helped us purchase tickets to the Kung Fu show and very friendly to our children. My only complaint is the black coffee was too weak and watered down. But given Chinese are not really coffee drinkers, this was a small problem and easy to forgive with all the other special things about this hotel. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

GGuest UserThis was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient.
We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty.
We will definitely stay there again

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Complete and complete, good air conditioning and refrigeration. There are radiators on the wall, which should work if you come in winter. Breakfast is on the sixth floor, with spicy soup.
Hygiene: The bathroom is clean and there are floor mats for showering. The sink is also very neat.
Environment: Located between Renmin Road Station and Erqi Square Station, it is convenient to travel and there are many shared bicycles. There are several restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a small park next to it.
Service: The room aunt was very enthusiastic. She met us when we left on the first day and helped us clean and provide slippers and water.

MM22834****Sharing an apartment building with MGM and other hotels is simple and easy to pay for one night, but you can still get pick-up and drop-off at East Station. The service is great, but there are still some areas that need improvement. For example: 1. Towels only have bath towels, which is not convenient for wiping your face and hands. 2. I understand the label equipped with a kitchen. It must be a simple small kitchen that does not actually have any heating or cooking equipment. It only has a small exhaust fan and a sink. All kitchen cabinets are closed. 3 The sound insulation is poor. The door next door slams shut. It’s past twelve o’clock upstairs and it’s the same as moving. There is a stool and table, but this kind of apartment-style living is relatively complicated, which is understandable. 4 I don’t know what the material of the bed is. It is very stuffy. I am cold and afraid of the cold. I always turn over and over, always wanting to get some air. 5 The service of the front desk girl needs to be improved. Exaggerated It feels bad to chew gum and have a conversation. I forgot my little thing and took the initiative to call. Thank you very much because I need to transfer to another city. It said collect payment and no one at home accepted the payment. But the front desk said it can only pay on a downwind basis. I can understand that it is always because I missed something. But my family received the express delivery in an oversized box with nothing in it. I don’t understand why they chose such a big box. It’s not the front desk that paid for it anyway, right?

Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time.
Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

Highly recommended if you're going to travel to Zhengzhou and looking for a place to stay. Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌
What I didn't expect?
1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees
2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free
3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm)
4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China)
5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations
6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit )
7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more....
I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today.
I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌

PPops HaridassFirstly, as a foreigner, this type of accommodation is typically known as a micro hotel which has no visible signage indicating the venue. One has to rely on the goodness of passrbys to find the hotel.
Secondly, the dingy reception desk was unmanned with not a soul in sight to enquire further. After a long wait, what appears to be the manager and his assistant arrives but continue to engage in their laundry duties rather than attending to their guest.
Thirdly, the suite itself while very practical in Asian countries, is dusty and ranks with staleness and definitely not for foreigners by Western standards. The ablution area is squeezed into a less than 2sq meter area with a broken shower head virtually hanging over the toilet bowl. It's quite clear that the chrome work has not seen detergents applied to it in months.
While this type of accommodations may be acceptable by local standards, it should be advertised as such with clear pictures showing the ablution areas.
However, if ia guest's stay is measured by the satisfaction of their sleep, then I will admit that the bed itself scores a 8 out of 10. The mattress was indeed very good and firm.
Will I return again, NO!
