"If you stay during the New Year, you will be upgraded from a deluxe twin bed to an executive room for free. However, the hotel room is small and the facilities are very old. The tray holding the cups has peeled off... Two bottles of purified water are free every day. If you want one more bottle, you will have to pay extra. The omelette for breakfast was not cooked thoroughly, and the egg whites came out when the hard-boiled eggs were peeled. In short, there is a lot of difference between the software and hardware and the standards of a four-star hotel. Try your best."

"The architectural design is very strong, the room layout is also very exquisite, clean and tidy. The water in the bathroom is not big or very hot. The most wonderful thing is that the flower faucet is installed on the top. It is very cold to the water that is small and not hot and then scattered at high altitude. The experience is very poor. It is really a failure in the design.
The front desk clerk took a long time to check in. I don’t know if it’s the business that is not familiar with it, or the system. After a while, she said that the ID card was missing. She obviously lost it. She also blamed the incomplete documents we provided. Fortunately, she finally found it was her problem."

"Overall, I was quite satisfied. The waiters were very nice and there were many breakfast varieties. The dinner included in our original package was a buffet. Because there were not many people, they changed it to a Chinese restaurant to save costs. However, the standard was lowered to only 200 yuan, and it was not easy to order dishes by ourselves. We could only eat the dishes prepared by the chef. In addition, when checking in at the front desk, I saw that other tourists who stayed in the room had upgraded their courtyard rooms to garden views. So our package didn't seem to be that cost-effective, right?"

The room is warm and exquisite, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and it is like being trapped in the clouds and sleeping well all night. Smart home equipment is super convenient, lighting and air conditioning can be controlled by voice, and the sense of technology is full. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are a high-end fragrance brand, and even the towels are lightly fragrant.
Breakfast is even more pleasant, Chinese and Western dishes are rich and varied, freshly made fried eggs, rice noodles, and exquisite desserts, the taste is absolutely amazing! There are two bathrooms, one toilet for the whole house, and all items, including the snacks given in the evening, are in quadruplicate. The wetland park is downstairs from the hotel, which is very convenient for taking a walk after dinner. The environment is very good and it is also close to the Twelve Wetlands, which is about ten minutes by car. The only family room on the 20th floor has a low security door, a large door, light leakage and no sound insulation. The room is not clean and there is a lot of dust in the corridor.

GGuest UserThe glamping pod was excellent, featuring panoramic glass windows and a smart control panel throughout. It also came with two spacious 1.8-meter beds, and the outdoor area was equipped with a parasol and a camping table – truly excellent, making it a perfect choice for family glamping. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, so we missed out on all the activities. Next time, I'd love to go with more friends and family for an even livelier atmosphere.
