"From Qingdao to Zhangjiajie, we stopped in Xuchang on the way back. We got off the highway at 9pm. The hotel is not far from the highway. It looks very grand from the outside. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly manager with refreshing drinks to cool down in the scorching 40-degree weather. The staff, dressed in elegant han fu attire, efficiently checked us in. The room was impressively spacious, complete with comfortable chairs and a large bathroom featuring a bathtub equipped with disposable covers.
The hotel's location next to Cai Wei Gu Chang made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area on foot. Highly recommended!

I stayed in three different room types during my three stays. The first time I stayed there, I booked a double room with a view. The large floor-to-ceiling window faced the lake view. It happened to be raining in spring, so the view was really beautiful. The second time, because I missed the return bus, I booked a king-size bed room temporarily. Although the room was a bit cramped at that time, they still tried their best to arrange it. Although the view was not as good as the first time, it was quiet in the back street and it was very comfortable to sleep with the curtains drawn. This time I came to Xuchang again, and I decisively chose this hotel. There was no other reason, it was close to the high-speed rail station and convenient to the city center. There are large supermarkets, parks for rest, and special food nearby. Because we arrived too early this time, many rooms had just been checked out, but the staff still tried their best to arrange it for us. They also upgraded the tatami for free. I slept very comfortably and the mattress was super comfortable. The only downside was that some uncultured people checked in in the middle of the night and banged things around upstairs, making the ceiling shake. But I communicated with the staff and they coordinated with me, and they also gave me a breakfast voucher (although I didn't use it).
Back to hygiene, I personally feel it is OK, because I am quite picky about the cleanliness level when staying in a hotel. The hotel has been open for a little over a year, so it is still relatively new. It is not located at the entrance of a busy scenic area, so there are not so many people. GGuest UserIn general very nice hotel. Friendly staff besides no one could speak in English fluently (but they were very proactive and experts using translation apps and AI). Anyway, not so many foreigners in Xuchang. Cleaning is very good, they give you water and tea everyday. Breakfast is a lot of food, mostly Chinese but also eggs, omelette, bread and sausage. My negative feedback is that coffee there was not good, I think the machine and the grains are not ideal. In general very worthy the price but I believe the gym could be improved with one or two benches and maybe some essential machinery. The rest let me very satisfied and I even prolonged my stay. Staff is very happy what gives you a nice vibe!

When the child is tired, he hides in to read and rest, which is particularly pleasant.
The hotel is also equipped with a small toilet for children, toiletries, even toothbrushes are cartoon shapes, and children have become proactive in brushing their teeth. The height of the tables and chairs in the room is also very suitable for children to eat and draw.
