We were given welcome fruit upon arrival. However, there was a problem. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working. I first reported it to the front desk, and they said they would adjust it later. When I returned from my trip, there was no change at all. The weather was extremely hot, and the room felt like a sauna. I called again and was told they would come and check it out. After waiting for over half an hour, no one came. I couldn't stand it anymore and went back to the front desk. They finally agreed to change my room. After a long and sweaty day, I don't know if the staff were overwhelmed or what, but something that should have taken five minutes took so long."

Due to time constraints, we opted for a pre-booked Ctrip shuttle service, which also allows the driver to meet us directly at the lobby entrance. "When we visited Qiyun Mountain, we booked a guesthouse on Dengfeng Street. The owner reserved a standard room on the first floor for us in advance. It's only a 10-minute walk from the guesthouse to the cable car station, and the owner kindly escorted us there. The guesthouse opened in 2025, and the rooms were clean and tidy with brand-new facilities. After our trip, sitting in the courtyard drinking tea felt like coming home. There's also a parking lot, so parking is convenient."
