AAnonymous UserWhen I booked the room, it said it had a view, but it actually looked out onto the parking lot?
There were a lot of gimmicks, like zero-pressure mattresses. Isn't that standard hotel stuff? The room size was okay.
When I got off the bus, I thought I'd gone to the wrong place. It looked like a row of houses, like a B&B...
The laundry room only had two washers and two dryers.
The hotel interior was described as a bit of a design stunt, but I felt a few nice details.
But the price of over 1,000 yuan felt a bit inflated.
The smart controls were Xiaodu for the curtains and TV, nothing else.
The breakfast was similar to other Xinjiang hotels.
The selection was simple: millet porridge, egg noodles, and a few stir-fries.
It was convenient that there was a supermarket nearby, so I had Lanzhou beef noodles for a quick bite.
Next time, I'll consider other chain hotels for this price, as they offer better value.

YYueguoshanQOn the first day of opening, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express by chance. The new hotel environment is very good. It opened at the same time as the Hotel Indigo and both belong to InterContinental. On the first day of stay, I was surprised to enjoy the breakfast of the Indigo. Special thanks to Manager Irene Li, she is professional and thoughtful, responsive, and very patient, attentive and enthusiastic. At that time, my family felt uncomfortable in the stomach, and the hotel also prepared warm porridge for us. The hotel is located right next to the entrance of the scenic spot, about 500 meters away. For self-driving tourists, this is a very good choice. At the same price, it is difficult for the Nalati market to have a stronger product substitute in the short term. The Holiday Inn Express 1,000 yuan range completely beats the homestay. Friends who come to Nalati this summer should never ignore this choice.

GGuest UserThe host was very friendly and helpful. He introduced us a lot about Nalati and the wider region. He even drove us to the Nalati scenic area.
The location was also not hard to find and conveniently located. We took a public bus from Yining and the drop-off location in Nalati was approximately a 10 minutes walk to the farmhouse. It was only a 5 minutes drive to the Nalati scenic area. There are also several good food options and convenience stores nearby.

AAnonymous UserThe Xinjiang Cultural Tourism Narat Resort Hotel is ideally located, just a two-minute walk from the Narat Scenic Area Service Center. Located across the river from the scenic area, the hotel offers panoramic views of lush green mountains, snow-capped mountains, meadows, and pine trees, creating a truly picturesque experience.
The room amenities were quite complete, and the breakfast was quite generous. However, the service was lacking: there was a lack of seamless coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. After check-in, the room wasn't cleaned, leaving the staff scrambling. Tourism in Narat is highly seasonal, and it felt like most of the staff were newly hired and hadn't received formal training. Instead of greeting each other, the staff ignored the greetings they'd received. We recommend that the hotel strengthen its management and improve its overall quality. The hotel also provided fruit on our check-in day, which we appreciated!

GGuest UserI would like to express my sincere thank you to the gentleman, an owner of this hotel who treated me with great help, hospitality, and service mind. He gave me a set of welcome snacks when I arrived, dropped, and picked up me after my finishing of Nalati sightseeing as well as taking me to the bus station for Xinyuan on the next day. What's the most impressive to me is that we waited for me to have breakfast before visiting Nalati.
Of course, the room is very clean, fully equipped, and has a good location, just about 1 km away from the bus station and before the Nalati scenic area.
I have no doubt his service mind, to highly recommend this hotel for those who are looking for accommodation in Nalati with a very good price and great service from him.

GGuest UserWe first stayed here in '23, and when we returned to Narat in '25, Muxinggu was our immediate and easy choice. It's located right beside the grassland; you literally step out of your door onto the open plains. Each room also boasts a private terrace. After a long day of activities, we'd unwind on our terrace, playing cards and snacking on sunflower seeds. Horseback riding is available right next door, perfect after you're done exploring! And now for the main highlight: I *cannot recommend enough* having all your meals at the hotel. The food here is *miles better* than any restaurant you'll find on the street! We loved it so much, we ended up eating two consecutive meals there!

The cabin is well-equipped, clean and sanitary, equipped with welcome fruits, drinks, etc. The quality of bathroom supplies is also very good. In particular, the front desk butler Xiaoye's service is very good. Xiaoye picks up luggage and breakfast. He is enthusiastic, cheerful, thoughtful and considerate.
