Kkariiin1205We stayed in a family room with a 270-degree view, and the room itself already exceeded all our expectations. The owner also provided a generous spread of complimentary fruit and snacks, and thoughtfully stocked drinks and freshly ground coffee.
What an unexpected surprise! Yesterday's slight disappointment was completely overshadowed this morning when I witnessed the magnificent 'Golden Mountain' phenomenon right from our room! Watching the sun gradually emerge, the clouds slowly dissipate, and the youngest peak of Mount Siguniang progressively reveal its pristine white slopes was simply breathtaking!
Guests should also consider bringing their swimsuits, as the private hot tub in the room offers equally spectacular views. However, for those prone to altitude sickness, a full bath isn't recommended; a simple foot soak will do.
The owner also offers complimentary ******* traditional clothing for photo opportunities, all of which are elaborate, high-quality designs reportedly valued at over 2000 RMB each. Since it was evening, they even brought out professional lighting for us, and the owner personally stepped in to take our photos – truly an incredibly kind person!
If you're visiting western Sichuan and planning a stop at Mount Siguniang, this guesthouse is an absolute must-consider – it's simply the best! Everything, from the impeccable service to the comfortable rooms, was perfect.

MMo Ratta⛰️ A Mother's Review: A Truly Memorable Family Getaway
As a mother who travels with her children often, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What impressed me most was the staff's genuine care and attentiveness to my family's every need. This was especially true when my five-year-old twin sons became ill with altitude sickness. The hotel staff immediately stepped in to help and looked after them so well, which as a mother, made me feel incredibly relieved and at ease.
For our stay, we chose the Family Suite, which was the perfect choice. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. With two separate beds, everyone got a good night's sleep!
The food here was another highlight that my whole family loved. We especially enjoyed the roasted pork ribs that were so tender they melted in your mouth. There was also a special dish, a kind of sweet sticky rice pastry, which was a unique and delicious dessert. Finishing the meal with some refreshing chilled watermelon was the perfect touch.
Even though it rained throughout our trip and we missed the chance to see the beautiful mountain views, our stay was still so worthwhile. The hotel's location is ideal, whether you're using it as a base before heading into the national park or as a place to relax after a long day of exploring.
All in all, I highly recommend this hotel for any family looking for a place with a great atmosphere, outstanding service, and a truly family-friendly environment. It was a getaway my family will cherish forever.

WWinson^^My experience at Siguniang Mountain Stargazing · Vacilando Resort was absolutely fantastic! Our 180-degree snow-capped mountain view room offered an absolutely breathtaking panorama. We could see the snow-capped peak of Yao Mei Peak, often shrouded in mist, right from our bed. The early mornings were particularly picturesque, truly like a painting. Soaking in the private hot spring bath in our room while gazing at the snow mountains was a truly divine experience! The complimentary ******* costume experience was a lot of fun, making for some memorable photos. The hotel service was also incredibly attentive. The private shuttle service made transfers hassle-free, and the in-room oxygen supply was a huge relief and very helpful for us, being newcomers to high altitude. The complimentary aromatherapy gift had a lovely scent, a truly thoughtful touch that showed their attention to detail. Overall, it was excellent value for money. The scenery, service, and facilities were all superb, and it's definitely a place we'd love to return to!

GGuest UserVisiting Siguniang Mountain with my parents, and since we don't drive, staying here was incredibly convenient! We took a direct bus from Chengdu at 7:30 AM to the scenic area entrance. By 12:30 PM, we were already inside Shuangqiao Valley. We rode the park shuttle bus, and the driver kindly agreed to stop midway for our luggage to be taken off (we didn't even have to get off ourselves!). We then went straight up to the highest point, the Red Cedar Forest, to explore. We got back to the hotel around 5 PM. If we wanted to go exploring again on the second day, we could easily hail a car along the way. It's much more convenient than staying in the town center.
As for the hotel facilities, they offer exceptional value for money at this price point. My parents were extremely satisfied (it's quite rare to please budget-conscious parents!).
**Facilities:** The rooms have radiators, so it wasn't cold at all at night, and the breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious! The hygiene was top-notch, with no unpleasant odors (I especially dislike dampness). The rooms are spacious, so even if you don't feel like going out, you can still get some great photos right in the hotel!
**Service:** The hotel staff went above and beyond: they helped us retrieve our luggage midway through our shuttle bus ride into the scenic area, so we didn't even have to get off – we just went straight to enjoy our visit! Every staff member was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They even added us on WeChat to send reminders about ticket purchases and check-in details.

A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin
We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here.
What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family.
The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air.
As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay.
Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy.
And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place.
When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special.
For all of the Cloud Inn family — I will come back soon. Please be healthy, rest well, sleep early, and I hope your business soars high above the sky!

我们原本只打算在小金县的 Cloud Inn 云上客栈 住一晚，但因为朋友高反（别担心，酒店配有吸氧设备），我们最后取消了原本的行程，多留了一晚。真的一点都不后悔，这里太舒服、太温暖了。
这里最特别的地方是人。酒店的阿姨们、工作人员、老板们，还有两只狗狗 Hua 和 Keke，都非常热情、真诚、有耐心。从我们一到达开始，他们就一直照顾我们、陪我们聊天、带我们看风景，真的感觉像家人一样。
酒店里还有一个咖啡馆，作为一个咖啡爱好者，我给这里的拿铁打 9/10 分！味道很好，环境也很放松，适合在山里玩了一整天后慢慢享受。
作为穆斯林旅客，我们在饮食方面有一些限制。我们说明之后，工作人员特别贴心，认真帮我们确认哪些食物我们可以吃，还帮我们联系了附近的清真餐厅，叫了一辆价格非常实惠的出租车。真的太感谢他们了。
如果你计划去双桥沟（距离酒店大约8公里），完全不用担心交通问题，酒店也可以帮你叫出租车，大概30元，而且司机也会按时来接你，非常方便。
还有一个超级惊喜：老板们正在打造一个新分店，大约离现在这家店10–15分钟车程。每个房间都有私人泳池，面向四姑娘山的绝美景色。我亲自去看过，真的太震撼了！如果你想体验更高级的度假感受，那边会是一个非常值得的选择。
当我们离开时……我真的哭了。所有工作人员都送我们到门口，有人给我一个拥抱，还有人站在门边目送我们离开。就像分别的家人一样温暖。写这篇评价不是因为他们对我特别好，而是因为这家酒店真的值得推荐。

The hotel's location is superb, offering incredibly convenient access to both Shuangqiaogou and Changpinggou. The room was spotlessly clean, with a fresh and stylish decor. The mountain scenery outside the window was absolutely breathtaking. The in-room smart devices worked perfectly, and they even provided delicious complimentary black coffee and tea. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly warm and helpful, providing excellent service and always ready to assist with any request. Additionally, parking was convenient, and the breakfast buffet was very generous. Overall, a truly satisfying stay.

GGuest UserBeautiful, peaceful accommodation with stunning views of mountain scenery, a world away from big-city China or even the town down on the main road. The wonderful young guy on reception helped us so much, without him we would have been totally lost, thank you! He picked us up from the main road on arrival, put us in touch with a local taxi driver to get around, and took us to the bus station and helped us with tickets when we left. We loved the authentic village setting, but it’s important to keep in mind that there are no shops or restaurants in the village (apart from the hotpot served by the hotel, which saved us after a long bus journey!) so if you don’t have your own car, you will need to call a taxi to visit anything in the surrounding area. A little constructive criticism, the cabins at least (can’t speak for hotel rooms) are starting to look a little tired (probably a result of the extreme climate) and could use some general maintenance to get them back to top condition, a blind on the skylight would also be a great addition. Overall, a wonderful, memorable stay!

SSashikaIt is home away from home. I spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The check-in is smooth and fast, bed super comfortable, room beautifully decorated, warm, and cozy. Breakfast is delicious, plenty of vegetarian options. The bosses are wonderful people who are always willing to help and give advice to their customers. They will do their best to cater to your needs. They helped me multiple times arranging a taxi to scenic spots and eventually organising my transfer to Chengdu. They would also do many other cute little things that made my heart melt ❤️. I really felt at home. Thank you so much, my friends, for your care and constant support. I cannot be more grateful!
The location is great. The Shuangqiaogou scenic spot is within a walking distance, as well as a big supermarket where you can buy fruits and whatever you need. You have to take a taxi to the other two scenic spots, but it's no problem. You can order lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. There are also many restaurants within a walking distance.
I highly recommend this place to everyone who are looking for a cozy and friendly environment. It was a fantastic stay that exceeded my expectations!

SSampeakThe boss is very enthusiastic. Both rooms are great. The room design is great. Especially the cooking skills of the sister are great. We are very satisfied with the two meals she made for us. They are clean and sanitary, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is great! I just hope that the French windows will be cleaned in time after the rain. TTurf1219The staff members were all very friendly and helped us with our luggage. However, the bathroom drain was quite slow, the sink had very low water pressure, and there was no hot water. I recommend these issues be fixed. The hotel has limited on-site parking, but guests can use the parking lot across the street. The front desk said they would reimburse the parking fee, though I'm unsure how long that would take. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there's definitely room for improvement! It's also quite close to Maobiliang, which is worth checking out.
