BbbchenThe location of the hotel is very good and the transportation is convenient. There are subway stations and bus stops at the door. The hotel room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The receptionists at the front desk are very enthusiastic, but there is still room for improvement in some things within the business scope. One drawback is that the hotel elevator is shared with other users of the building, but the advantage is that you can go directly down to the food street on the first floor.

凯凯莉菜亹平I booked in just after 9pm after getting off the fast train. My host teacher picked me up from Shijiazhuang station and drove me to the hotel but we couldn't drive near, because the street was closed to traffic. We walked about 500m and my teacher helped translate at check in, as I was very tired after the long flight from Australia following directly by the 7hr train trip. I just used my passport. The room smelt a bit of cigarette smoke and the bad air quality seemed to be leaking in somewhere. I ran my portable air purifier all night. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed in very good working condition apart from the thermostat. Despite trying to reduce the room temperature to 16-18°c it remained at 23-24°c which is too high for me. I had a boutique queen room that became very warm when opening the thick curtains. It is quiet and clean.

LLianaMThis stay was great! The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to the core business district and attractions, and travel is time-saving and convenient. The facilities are perfect, the room is clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the gym equipment is new, the pool water is clear, and the stay is comfortable and relaxing. Efficient and welcoming when checking in; Additional toiletries are required in the middle, and the hotel will be delivered to the room soon. If you have any questions, you will reply in seconds, professional and intimate. The overall experience is full, and I will choose here next time!

GGuest UserOverall, I was pretty satisfied.
What I liked:
1. The minimalist decor was quite to my taste.
2. Disposable toiletries, such as toothbrushes and tissues, were good. However, razors needed to be requested from the front desk as they weren't provided in the room.
3. They offer a 10-yuan taxi reimbursement for rides from the train station, which typically covers the exact fare. I just forgot to claim it.
What could be improved:
1. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible. There was constant noise from upstairs during the day, and the room next door was incredibly loud at night.
2. I wasn't a fan of the reusable slippers. Every morning at breakfast, they made a strange, squeaky noise against the floor tiles, which was quite unpleasant.
3. The hot and cold water controls on the shower were reversed, and the labels were confusing. Even for a frequent business traveler like me, it took some effort to figure it out; it was far from intuitive.
4. Connecting to Wi-Fi required scanning a QR code and then copying the password. It felt a bit convoluted; simply providing the password directly would be much easier and less redundant.
5. The elevators lacked keycard access, and the fire escape doors had no security control, allowing anyone to freely access any floor via the stairs. This made me feel the security was quite low.
6. The central air conditioning could only be activated through a smart speaker; the wall panel buttons were completely non-functional.
7. The hotel's 1km distance from the train station was a bit awkward – too far to walk comfortably, but almost too short to justify a taxi ride.
8. The breakfast area was small, and the variety of food was limited. When I arrived at 8 AM, most of the dishes were already gone, and I didn't see any replenishment. I also couldn't see the kitchen area.
9. I couldn't get through to the front desk on the room phone. I wondered if the phone was broken, if there was a line issue, or if they were just busy. It was only after reaching out via the booking platform that I discovered the front desk extension was '6666'. This wasn't labeled on the phone itself, so naturally, I kept pressing the 'Operator' or 'Front Desk' buttons, which didn't work.

Look at the impression it leaves on outsiders, but I suggest that the driver's ID card be displayed on his car in the future so that people can see where the driver is from and they will understand. Those who understand will understand... Don't always drive a Beijing-licensed car to make Beijingers hate you... Let's get back to the point. The hotel environment is nothing to say. The elders said that it can be compared with the Taihu Hotel in Wuxi. It should be very beautiful when the lights are on at night, but time was too tight and I didn't have time to walk around the hotel... The hotel service is very poor, especially the service in the Chinese restaurant, which can be described as unbearable. The details are written in the restaurant reviews... And when you need something during your stay and contact the waiter, it is often not delivered. You need to make several calls and it takes a long time before it is delivered. I think this hotel is probably endorsed by the government, otherwise it shouldn't be so bad. Care about reputation... The breakfast level is low in this level of hotel, not many varieties, and the grade is not high... The hardware facilities are OK, but the corridor is illuminated by the skylight, and it will be dim at night... It was 10 o'clock in the evening on the second day of check-in, and the hotel's automatic sprinkler for watering the flowers was still on, absolutely disgusting. I called the front desk and at first they said it was not their hotel's responsibility and asked me to call 12345. It was really ridiculous... Later they said it was their hotel's responsibility and asked the construction workers to turn it off. It took half an hour and two calls to turn it off. The service is really ridiculous... The software needs to be greatly improved. In summary, the park environment is among the best in this level of hotel, and the service is also very bad in this level of hotel... However, we lived on the third floor, and the service attitude of the female waiter who cleaned the room was particularly good. I don't know her name. I really want to praise her. When I asked her, she just said to give the hotel a good review. Not every one of her colleagues can make people feel at home like her... Figure 2 shows the place where watering was still on at 10 o'clock in the evening...

AAmerican lodging AdjusterService, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China.
If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed .
By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

The room is a bit disappointed compare to the Grand Lobby area they have 🫣🫢 but is clean

OOMGitsJassyRoom was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆

Because the plane arrived at the airport at 10:30 in the evening, it was already more than 11 o'clock to carry the luggage out to the hotel. When I woke up, I found that it was almost 11 o'clock the next day. I hurried to wash and eat. I forgot to take photos of the interior of the room. However, I will come to Shijiazhuang next month. I will go to the airport at night in the future. This is the best choice. It is not far from the ancient city of Zhengding. It costs three yuan to take the bus 🚍 156 at the airport.
