When we can’t eat the fish soup and leftovers, the boss lady will take the initiative to help us keep them fresh for the next meal. , add some green vegetables to heat and eat, no charge, we spent the cost of one meal to eat two meals, the boss is very practical, like a family, and can talk about anything, take the initiative to make tea, help carry suitcases, etc. . The boss is good at cooking, and the fish soup, fish fillets, and duck are very well made. They are delicious and highly recommended. Thumbs up.

11395000****A very nice B&B. It was converted from a private duplex villa. It was recently renovated, so it still has a little wooden feel. The equipment inside is also very good, and there are many small items given that are very practical. The attitude of the store and the waiter was very good. We were almost over for the buffet breakfast. I asked if I could bring it over to wait for my family to come down. The waiter said that it was okay, as long as it was not wasted👏👍. The location of the B&B is very good. It is very close to the ancient city, a 5-minute walk away. The location is in the center of Shaxian County, in the center of Dongmen Old Street--even if you don't have time to visit Shaxian County, the way back to the hotel is enough to relax you. You have seen the main streets of Shaxian County! Dongmen Street at night is beyond the scope of the movie. You can imagine how great it feels to go back to the hotel right after shopping! AAnonymous UserInitially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space.
Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress.
Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station.
Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

Disadvantages: The shower room is facing the window, and multiple partitions or curtains should be added to block it. The door of the room is too loud, and other guests close the door at night will still have an impact. The toilet is automatically flushed. If you are afraid of being disturbed by the sound of flushing at night, you can turn off the power. The downlight entering the door is inductive, not suitable, someone will light up at night, it is recommended to change to manual.

EEdwardOverall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it.
Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere.
Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.
