"作為攜程金鑽客户無論好壞我都不點評。這次出差有幸住到這家酒店給我很大驚喜。天氣炎熱內心煩躁進入酒店工作人員非常熱情，辦理速度迅速。辦理過程中主動介紹了酒店其它設施和游泳館可以避暑降温……到了房間非常寬敞明亮，衞生非常到位。考慮一會來客人洽談事情撥打客服電話送把椅子和紅酒杯、開瓶器等。服務人員很快送來椅子和入住水果但抱歉客房沒有餐具已報前台。幾分鐘前台工作人員吳文雙親自到房間送來所需用品，全程熱情微笑讓我一個外地人有了賓至如歸的感覺。對工作人員再次表示感謝。另外該酒店位置非常方便去徐州市區直接到徐沛公路。"
