I specifically checked the non-smoking section when booking my room, but the hotel doesn't have any non-smoking floors. I only found out when I arrived. Also, across the hallway from my floor was a chess and card room. Thankfully, it wasn't on the same side, otherwise it would be noisy and people would smoke. It's best to make sure you stay away from smoking or chess and card rooms when booking. 2. The front desk service was a bit indifferent, but don't expect too much.
