"This stay experience exceeded expectations! From check-in to check-out, the whole process was smooth, the front desk Xiaoding was warm, the procedures were efficient, and the hotel vehicles were also informed of the details of the entry and exit. The room was cleaned very clean, the sheets were covered with no smell, no stains, the bathroom was designed to separate dry and wet, the toiletries were complete and the quality was good. The overall environment is quiet and not noisy, the quality of sleep is very high, the price is far beyond expectations, and the children's wash set is also intimately provided (small toothbrushes, small slippers are super cute); next time you come here, you will give priority to this one!"

"Located in the center of Ma'anshan City, although it has been open for several years, the hotel is relatively new and well maintained. When checking in, the front desk assistant Xiao Kan asked about the room preference in detail and upgraded it to a lake view room. The view was very good, and a fruit plate was given. The bedding was moderately soft and hard. The room was well equipped. I highly recommend the shower gel, which I like the smell. The gym is on the 10th floor, and the restaurant is on the 8th floor. Breakfast is open until 10:00, with a wide variety of salads, cold cuts, and Chinese noodles. Highly recommended"

"The overall service staff at the front desk, the cleaning aunt, and the cafeteria aunt are all very good! However, the so-called leadership managers seemed to have no interest in guests. There were bugs on the sheets in the guest rooms. They kindly reported this to the front desk when they checked out. They did not intend to find anything to do. The front desk also politely handed over water and said hello. I was thinking of this. It was over, but what kind of leader came and didn't even say a word, even if it was a fake politeness? As a manager, if you can't even respect others at the most basic level, and you can't even provide basic service, how can you talk about management? ! !"

GGuest UserThoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future.

AAnonymous UserIt is near the university town, close to everything. It is very fast to order takeout around. Any problems are solved quickly. The breakfast is pretty good. The room has a super large window and fresh air. The lady at the front desk is patient and very nice. I injured my leg during the trip and it was inconvenient. She helped us to delay check out for free.

GGuest UserBreakfast has small wontons, noodles, and many varieties. I like their small fried buns the most. When I checked in and checked out at Ma'anshan Manxin for the first time, the front desk also gave me a small gift. One thing I think is very good is that they need a room card to go up the elevator. The privacy is very good! Girls feel especially safe when they are on business trips alone!

MM528793****We booked the Xiangquan Hot Spring Hotel for my parents, and they raved about it, saying it was even more comfortable than home. Since they have mobility issues, the hotel specially arranged a ground-floor room. My mom, who has knee problems, said the hot springs made her feel much more relaxed. The breakfast was also varied and plentiful, with soft porridge and leavened buns, perfect for elderly palates. The room was quiet at night, with good blackout curtains, and the couple slept soundly. My parents said it was a stress-free place to stay and the people were so welcoming, much better than those crowded tourist spots. For them to be so satisfied, it was definitely worth the money, and I give it a 10/10 rating!

SSanyedujuan房間寬敞，佈局合理，有單人休閑沙發，小型雙人沙發，衞生間也寬敞，乾濕分離，這些都很好！價格便宜還帶早餐，樓下就是火車站和公交站，出行很方便。去雨山湖，採石磯，在火車站先坐3路，在人民醫院換反方向乘4路直達採石磯。坐6路直達高鐵站馬鞍山東站，均彰顯了酒店的好位置！不過酒店的床品及毛巾浴巾的配備不敢恭維，被子枕頭都已發黃且有味兒，像枕芯被子不知使用壽命是多長？也許店家正在考慮更換呢！窗户玻璃很臟，幾乎看不清窗外的景象。空調噪音很大，幾乎讓人難以入睡。我住的房間面向火車站廣場，離鐵路車站非常近，窗户壞了，關不嚴，火車的轟鳴聲也影響睡眠。衞生間的換氣扇好像也壞了，連住數日也沒能聽到轉動的聲音！昔日曾輝煌過的酒店，現在失修了，希望下次來時能看到新面貌！
