Trip.com customer service contacted the hotel customer service and said that I needed to check in at the resort hotel with a high location across the road... This process is very dissatisfied! The resort and resort hotel are not in the same building, the price difference is more than 100 points, but the facilities in the resort room are relatively old, there is no paper towel in the room, who can think of the price of nearly 600, put a roll of toilet paper on the bedside table... But each room has a hot spring pool, The service attitude of the waiters is also very good. The hotel hot springs that come with it are also OK, there is a swimming pool in the room, and the sauna room has 3 outdoor hot springs.
