"The first time I stayed here, I would like to thank Jin Hao, a very dedicated male waiter who wears glasses. Never wrote a review like this before. He left a deep impression on me mainly when he returned to his hometown. The attitude is really good and patient. They are more attentive than other waiters in the lobby. Why do I say this: I arrived at the hotel after ten o'clock on the first night. The male waiter helped me push my luggage to the room I reserved at the front desk. The smell was very strong when I entered the door. I said that the decoration smells so strong, and he immediately said that I would call to replace it for you. Then call the front desk and tell them that the guest has a child and needs to change me to a room that doesn't smell. Then I showed me four rooms, and I checked in the last one. I felt very warm in my heart on the first night. Later, when I was attending a banquet, I met this dedicated male waiter again. He was very serious and responsible in his work. I just took a look at his name: Jin Hao. On the last day when I checked out, he helped me carry my luggage again. I said what a coincidence, it was you again. I also stayed in the hotel for a week. I am most satisfied and touched by your attentive service. The hotel is lucky to have such excellent staff. Thank you very much Mr. Jin Hao for your hard work!"
