"Facilities: The room is spacious, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. Basically everything is new. There is an on-site parking lot, free parking.
Hygiene: Very good, towels, sheets and quilt covers are safe to use.
Environment: There are many restaurants around. The accommodation was quiet.
Service: The lady at the front desk is attentive and answers all questions promptly.
There are no meat dishes or fruits in the free breakfast. You can eat enough. Because there were so many tourist groups, they started breakfast at 7 o'clock. The steamed buns were already cold by the time we went there at 8 o'clock as scheduled. Hope it improves!"

"The room is large in size, but overall it is a bit old.
Breakfast is good. Dinner is a la carte, tastes good and the price is reasonable.
The staff is very good.
· Clearly flawed design:
The arc of the arc shower room in the room does not match the position of the lotus nozzle. When standing under the shower, people are almost attached to the arc glass.
·Good service attitude, but not implemented:
The underground water is serious during the shower, and the floor drain is extremely slow, resulting in the shower process as if standing in a pool.
After reporting this problem to the front desk, the front desk immediately called the room customer service to ask him to check it, and said that if the problem could not be solved, let the engineering department deal with it. But no one has followed up. Because we went back to the room very late after work, it would be fine that night.
At that time, I reflected this problem again to the front desk. The front desk said ”maybe the room service sister is busy and forgot”. In such a off-season, are the room service sisters really busy? Maybe I have received too many such reflections but I can't handle it well, so I just avoid it."

AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

OOld FoxI enjoyed my three days at this hotel. The carpets and rooms look dated and it is time for a serious refurbishment. But the bed was large and comfortable. The internet and air conditioning worked well. The ladies at the reception desk were kind, welcoming and in good spirits. The location is literally one minute from the train station which I found very convenient. A pleasant stay, xie xie!

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.
