"Immediately Upon arrival the staff we're very welcoming and the hospitality felt genuine. There were complimentary snacks in the foyeur for the Qingming festival which kept the little one entertained whilst we dealt with a very swift check-in, The room was facing the river and immaculately clean and tastefully decorated.
When we went swimming our daughter didn't have goggles to wear and was gratefully lent a set by the staff there.
The Food was really great and our waitress Cindy helped us
with every request we had for breakfast and on the second day, because we had to leave early, the front desk lady Alice also assisted us by preparing a take-away meal.

The hotels has 2 restaurants and neither of them serves food all day. There is no restaurant nearby. So if you arrive hungry then you stay hungry. The TV in the room has terrible sound, as If TV speakers are removed on purpose. The rooms don't have sound insulation may be that's why TV's speakers have been removed.
