"This time I had a great experience staying at Hekou Yujingtan Oriental Hotel, I have to give it a thumbs up! As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you will find it spacious and bright, with an elegant and grand decoration style, which makes you feel happy instantly. The room gave me a big surprise. It was clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. I could fall asleep with the gentle breeze at night. The hotel's facilities are very complete, and all the fatigue of the day is dissipated. What impressed me most was the hotel's service. From the warm reception at the front desk to the attentive cleaning of the guest rooms, every staff member is smiling and responsive. I accidentally left something behind, and the staff quickly contacted me and helped to keep it properly. Their service awareness is really amazing. The transportation around the hotel is also very convenient. The port is only two or three minutes' walk away, making travel convenient. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this hotel is an excellent choice and is recommended to friends who come to stay"

"Parking is available both on the ground and underground in the hotel courtyard. Parking is easy. The beautiful lady Zeng at the front desk of the hotel warmly received us and quickly arranged a satisfactory room for us. The room is spacious. The bathroom is divided into three areas. There is a lifestyle supermarket in the same building. There is a square next to it. After a few steps, we arrived at the Red River. The breakfast dining environment is very beautiful. The food is also good. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Vietnam Town. When the weather is hot, swimming is a good choice."

"The hotel did the best that they could but unfortunately there was a bug problem and whenever I turned on the lights many bugs would land on the bed because they were attracted to the surface. The hotel changed my room but the same problem was there so I had to keep the lights off which was very inconvenient. The staff was very kind and I appreciate the efforts they made."

"We only stayed in the hotel for one night. The room was still not cleaned since the previous person left, but the staff was quick to call someone to clean the room. It was not the cleanest (there was a coackroach) or most comfortable hotel we have been to, but it was cheap and very well located."
