"Great service! Friendly counter staff. They greet you almost everytime you pass by them. Lol. Good location. Right at the heart of a beautiful stretch of road. Such vibe place. Really an awesome stay here! There’s laundry. However there’s only 2 washers and 2 dryers. Need to wait a long time at night to wash clothes as everyone will be waiting to wash. Good working garment steamer. Best thing is that there is so many halal food around here. However the mosque nearby is just an ancient monument. Not able to pray inside. No azan no iqamah. How sad.
Received a gift at the end of our stay as well! Top class stay"

I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the best hotels near West Lake, Hangzhou, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional – especially thanks to Joyce at the front desk.
Joyce was incredibly supportive, cooperative, and professional. She went out of her way to ensure I got the best room available, and her warm, welcoming attitude made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Throughout my stay, she was always available to help with any questions or needs I had, making the entire experience feel personalized and comfortable.

"This hotel boasts a prime location, surrounded by various commercial complexes, making it a popular spot for tourists, and it's approximately 500 meters from West Lake.
It's a family-friendly hotel, complete with a children's play area on the first floor. The facilities generally meet a 3-4 star standard; it would easily qualify as a 4-star hotel if it only had a swimming pool.
We were incredibly lucky! We managed to book the very last room during the peak summer vacation when the hotel was completely sold out. As the basic rooms were unavailable, they generously upgraded us multiple categories to a family suite – much appreciated!
**Facilities:**
1. The gym is rather compact, but the essential equipment is sufficient. It's a pity there's no swimming pool.
2. The rooftop provides pleasant views of West Lake and the surrounding mountains, but do note it gets locked after a certain time.
3. No mini-fridge in the room.
4. Features an automatic toilet seat, but unfortunately, there was an occasional odor from the bathroom drain. Hopefully, this can be addressed.
5. Light sleepers might find earplugs beneficial.

Clean.
**Environment:**
While a bit dated, the room itself maintains a good overall condition and gives a 4-5 star impression.
**Service:**
The staff are friendly, but they appeared quite stretched and overwhelmed given how busy the hotel was."

"Even though it's an older hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained. What really stands out is how clean and quiet it is, ensuring I got a fantastic night's sleep. The staff were consistently friendly and always offered a warm greeting. A special mention goes to the hotel's laundry room; the detergent dispenser was spotless! This level of cleanliness really highlighted the hotel's quality compared to others. They contacted me before check-in to confirm my arrival time and thoughtfully had the AC running in my room already. Such a considerate gesture! Service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was wonderfully generous. The location is fantastic – a mere 5-minute walk to the night market, and even closer to West Lake's iconic Broken Bridge. Getting to Hangzhou East Railway Station is incredibly convenient too, with a subway station right at the hotel entrance – just 5 stops, approximately 21 minutes. This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel of my trip. In fact, it was so comfortable that I decided to extend my stay in Hangzhou by an extra day just to enjoy it a bit longer!"

"For our summer family vacation, the family room was fantastic; though not huge, it was very comfortable for our two-night stay. It's conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from the scenic area, and much quieter than hotels situated right inside the tourist spot. There's a Luckin Coffee right downstairs and various dining options across the street. A thoughtful touch was the hotel providing an extra breakfast voucher for our second child, as we were traveling with two. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our child even found a small speaker in the room, just like the one at home, which brought a comforting sense of familiarity. The only minor downside was the wait for the laundry room, which took a bit of time. Despite that, our overall experience was still very positive."

They also upgraded my room to the lake view room upon arrival and that was the best gift from the hotel. Their service standard is well on par or even higher than those branded hotels. They also provided little gifts for guest upon check- out and that was really thoughtful of them . "Best service you could ever get in China! The hotel crew are fabulous, always going beyond to help me (with my laundry, my TB parcels, advice). The location is very strategic, super close to West Lake, where u can easily take the boat ride. And every night there was a desert delivery to the room. Only downside was very small and crowded breakfast area. Other than that, everything is worth 10 stars on its own!! I will book Zety back for my return trip to HZ, no regrets! Huge praise to the crew, they all definitely deserve a pay raise or special bonus!! 🙂"

I had a wonderful time here with my family. The location is fantastic . It's right next to the beautiful lake . They even have a huge roof top area where you can see a few temples from and on a night they're lit up.
There's a robot room service which is cool.
The breakfast has a lot of options even for vegetarians.
The rooms were super clean and spacious.
There was a concierge called jeef who was very polite. He didn't speak English but he helped very well.
The bar staff were friendly and easy to talk too.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new; I heard it was renovated last year. I always prefer staying in newer places, so that was definitely a plus. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and generously upgraded my room type – huge thanks to them! It's also conveniently located near the subway station. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is situated within a large building on higher floors, so elevator waits can sometimes be a bit long. However, everything else was great. They even offer robot delivery for food and other requests, which was surprisingly quick and convenient.

AAnonymous UserThe location is superb, right on West Lake, offering incredible convenience for visiting attractions. The hotel features extensive, beautifully landscaped gardens. There's also a small historic building on the premises, the former residence where Chairman Mao drafted the constitution, which is certainly worth a look.
While our room was a little on the small and older side, it perfectly fit the nostalgic vibe we were looking for and didn't detract from our experience. The room came with lovely touches like orchids and fresh fruit on the desk. The small courtyard outside had kumquat trees, and we even had two butterflies fly into our room! Our child was delighted to discover a bird's nest in a tree in the courtyard.
There are two breakfast options, both offering excellent quality. The breakfast area at Xin Xin Hotel, in particular, is incredibly picturesque and great for photos.
The service staff and security guards were all very friendly, welcoming, well-trained, and quick to respond to any needs.
Overall, we were very satisfied. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing, offering outstanding value for money.

GGuest UserOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

We brought my parents along, and they upgraded their room for free, and even added a tatami bed at no extra charge. We were so grateful! The water was plentiful and thoughtful, and the staff were very helpful, offering guidance, luggage assistance, and even shuttle services to the scenic area. My parents kept saying it was well worth the money! We'd definitely stay at this resort again!

GGuest UserThe hotel's environment was absolutely breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of West Lake. The shuttle service was consistently punctual, and a big thank you to all the staff who diligently worked in the scorching 40-degree Celsius heat. The room interiors had a unique character, embodying a classic, stately aesthetic that I found very appealing. The hotel itself was very quiet, and the breakfast spread was extensive, though I felt the layout for guest circulation was a bit disorganized. Due to time constraints, I could only stay for one night. Next time I visit Hangzhou, I'll definitely make sure to stay longer to fully immerse myself in the beauty of West Lake. The only minor drawback was that due to weekend traffic restrictions, the hotel's internal shuttle only ran every 30 minutes, which resulted in rather long waiting times. Additionally, the guide who explained the hotel's history was excellent. He gave us a fascinating insight into the development of Xizi Hotel, a place that has also borne witness to the growth and prosperity of modern China, which I found quite moving.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it can save a lot of commuting time. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is also very convenient. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The receptionist at the front desk is friendly with a smile, and the check-in process is efficient and smooth; the room service is meticulous, whether it is midnight snack delivery or luggage storage, it can respond to needs quickly, and truly make ”guests feel at home”. The overall hygiene of the room is excellent, the bedding is as white as new, and it is changed for each guest, which makes people feel at ease; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, without water stains and odors, and the quality is reflected in the details. The service attitude of the front desk guy Xiao Cai is very friendly. When checking in, he took the initiative to ask about the room arrangement requirements, and introduced the surrounding travel and midnight snacks. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out, and he took the initiative to lend me his charger. If there is a need, he will help solve the problem as soon as possible, and I will recommend friends and family to stay
