Service: Front desk service was a bit inattentive.
I booked two consecutive nights, but the hotel staff called me around 5pm the next day and asked if I wanted to extend my stay, which left me a little confused. Later I found out that the front desk only booked me for one night when I checked in on the first day.
In addition, when I checked in, the front desk asked me about my room requirements, and I said as long as it was quiet. When we got to the room, we found that it was facing the street and it was very noisy early in the morning. In this case, the front desk can just skip the process of asking guests questions, it does not make any sense.

11385143****A very satisfying homestay experience, I will recommend it to friends and family. The location of the B&B is very good, next to an ancient and quiet mosque; it takes only five minutes by car to reach the vast Gaoyou Lake Observation Deck.
Environment: clean and beautiful. The guest rooms are surrounded by a large and tidy courtyard, which is full of green plants and flowers even in winter. The courtyard is neatly arranged with various leisure facilities such as pavilions, swings and elegant seats. With abundant public areas, one can truly feel that one is living in a slow time.
Service: As soon as you enter the room, you will feel the warmth. The proprietress will carefully turn on the air conditioner before each guest arrives. When checking in, the proprietress enthusiastically introduced the various areas of the B&B and nearby attractions. Because the food we brought needed to be put in the refrigerator, the landlady came to remind us not to forget to take it before we checked out.
Dining: Surprise, the hotel's coffee and book bar is cozy and literary, the coffee and snacks are affordable and of great quality👍. The homestay also includes breakfast, which includes fragrant and glutinous millet porridge, various side dishes, N kinds of steamed buns, corn and sweet potatoes. It is a light and refreshing breakfast that is very appetizing during the Chinese New Year.
Guest Rooms: The rooms are very spacious and fully meet the standards of a four-star hotel. The furniture and facilities are relatively new and very clean.
Others: This is a pet-friendly B&B, and the proprietress is very caring. A few days before I came, two little puppies were abandoned at the door of the B&B. The owner took them in and took good care of them. She also found a foster home for them. On the third day of the Chinese New Year, the adopters took them home. The little puppies are now in the care of their new owners. The picture of being held in arms is the most beautiful scene in the New Year.

The hotel should put up signs in the corridor that say ”don't shout loudly or run in the corridor”, just like the no smoking signs, otherwise it will affect the rest of other guests.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and amenities like the projector and AC were quite new. The inclusion of a clothes drying rack was a thoughtful touch. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Since it was a special offer room without a window, I felt a bit disoriented in the morning and lost track of time.
The front desk lady provided exceptional service; she was incredibly patient and attentive, even when I asked to change rooms multiple times. I'd definitely recommend the owner give her a commendation, haha.
Overall, everything was good, but there were two issues I was quite unhappy with. Firstly, the elevator doesn't go directly to all floors, and when there was a wedding banquet upstairs, the elevator skipped our floor entirely. Secondly, the room's soundproofing was absolutely terrible!!!!! At 2:30 AM, I was woken up by the neighbors watching a TV show and discussing the plot. I could hear everything crystal clear, and it didn't stop until 4 AM. It seemed other guests could hear it too, as someone even knocked on their door.
Being utterly exhausted yet forced awake was truly a torment. After only three hours of sleep, I woke up feeling completely lost and out of sorts. 😅

AAnonymous UserI chose Le Hotel as recommended by Ctrip. I arrived at the hotel after a dinner party with friends at around 9 o'clock. My child was already exhausted. When I got to the room, I found that I had been assigned the wrong room. I had to take my baby and luggage to the first floor to change rooms. The lights in the room were dim, and my husband kept looking for the headlight switch, but found that it was already on. The saddest thing was when I got up in the morning and went to the bathroom, I held my hand against the wall. My little finger was cut deeply by the edge of the wall and bled a lot. Fortunately, it was me who was injured. If the children cut it off, it would be really difficult. Dare to imagine.
