"I stayed here with my family for the Chengmai half marathon. We had a 2 floor room which made it very convenient to not wake up my family when I got ready and left early for the race. Breakfast was great, our room was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I’d ask is for the hotel to provide a shuttle bus to the start of next year’s race. It was difficult to get to the start from this location because of road closures. We’ll definitely be back!"

"朋友來澄邁金江，想找好點的酒店接待，網上找了很多酒店都沒有檔次高一點的，對比了很久，決定預訂這家酒店試試，本來不抱太大期望，不過來到酒店算是不錯的驚喜，大堂裝飾明亮典雅，接待彬彬有禮周到，服務水準高，朋友很滿意。房間也乾淨整潔。還有一個酒店位置不錯，算是鬧中取靜，滿意滿意，以後有接待就住這家酒店了。"

"This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city..."

This hotel appears to have been recently renovated; it looks clean and comfortable, and the rooms are well-equipped, tidy, and organized, making for a very comfortable stay. The receptionist, Xiao Zhou, was attentive, proactive, and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful. Personally, I think it offers excellent value for money."

"The first time I stayed, I felt that the environment of this hotel was quite warm. I didn’t expect Jinjiang to have such a treasure hotel, similar to the price of a hotel, but with the hotel’s services and facilities. "The Vienna Hotel in Chengmai County is relatively clean, the facilities are relatively complete, the bedding is relatively new, and the living is more comfortable. The hotel is located at an intersection of the main street and the traffic is more convenient. There is a large hotel-specific parking lot next to the hotel, which is convenient for parking. The front desk service attitude of the hotel is very good. The male waiters I met when I checked in on the afternoon of September 6 and the female waiters I met when I checked out on the morning of the 7th were very enthusiastic and reflected that the hotel management in Vienna was better."
