AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean and the service was very thoughtful and welcoming. This should be the best service I have ever stayed in. The hotel is very good, the furnishings are more comfortable, and it is quite stylish. The guidance service at the front desk can also be done. The accommodation environment is quite quiet at night, and the breakfast type and taste are good. Recommended to stay 100 stars.

AAilvyoudewangmaomaoWhen I first arrived in Changzhi, I was attracted by the strict city management. The sanitation workers would not even let go of the grass in the gaps between the tiles on the sidewalk, and would carefully remove it. The Binhu International Hotel is located in the new development zone of Changzhi.
As soon as I entered the lobby, I was shocked by its luxurious decoration. For me who had worked in a five-star hotel in Shanghai, the most shocking thing was its meticulous software service. Look at the polite tone of the Concierge and Front Desk, the service attitude of the Housekeeping, F&B and PA departments who bowed and greeted everyone, which made me feel like staying in a state guesthouse.
The hotel is adjacent to the reservoir wetland park and has beautiful scenery; the guest rooms are large, well-equipped and high-end; the buffet restaurant has a wide variety of dishes, but they are varied and detailed. For example, noodles are divided into instant noodles and hand-rolled noodles, fried eggs are divided into single-sided and double-sided, fried dough sticks are divided into long and short, and wontons are available to suit the tastes of southerners, so that guests from both the north and the south can find dishes that suit their tastes. It can be seen that the chef is very attentive in management.
Before leaving, the front desk concierge even sent us to the car and repeatedly asked for our opinions on the hotel services, which made us feel the high-quality service experience of ”guests are God”.

Because we stayed for two days, there was laundry hanging on the cabinet door to dry. The cleaning lady also brought a clothes drying rack and wrote The note is so thoughtful! ! ! ! The front desk also gave some water and small fruits when checking out, which is convenient for eating on the high-speed rail and on the road~ I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I go to Changzhi

XXiaoxianziThe hotel has a parking lot, plenty of parking spaces, and is friendly to self-driving tourists. It is very close to the museum and the restaurant of the Yi people, and not far from the Xiangtangshan Grottoes.
Especially to mention room service, folding single bed called the aunt to take the quilt, the aunt quickly made the bed, and also brought mineral water. The service is particularly good. It is too suitable to live here with children.

GGuest UserThe room on Changxing North Road was full. I booked Tsinghua Hotel with the mentality of giving it a try. I was basically satisfied. The price was not expensive. I loved instant noodles for breakfast. The millet thick rice was also very good. The hometown taste was tired of the journey!

TTom FuzerVery helpful staff at the front desk, who did everything to make the trip to the Banquan Gorge more comfortable. The whole area is not really catered for foreign visitors, particularly without a car, so surviving here is not exactly straightforward. Helpful people like the ones I found at this hotel makes a big difference. The room was comfortable, modern and well maintained nothing to complain about.

As soon as I entered the front desk, I suggested to upgrade the room. I added money to change the room. It was too small to be outrageous, and the whole room was full of a strong musty smell. I opened the window from the door until I left the room the next day. The sister musty smell could not be scattered. Don't live and don't step on the pit!
