"Very satisfied! First of all, the service. Upon arrival, the front desk lady carried our luggage to our room. She gave the children disposable slippers and toothbrush sets, and also delivered free laundry to the room. Bathrobes were provided for the hot spring bath, and mineral water was offered on the way out. The service was excellent. Secondly, the environment met all my expectations for a B&B: running water along the path, relaxing seating, a courtyard, and even adorable kittens! Breakfast was a little simple, but delicious! The private hot springs are a big plus. The price is reasonable, the service is excellent, and the kids had a blast. We booked three nights and didn't miss out. GGuest UserThis hotel has a lot of potential, but it seem to still be under construction. The rooms needed cleaning when we arrriced and there are no chairs or rables in the rooms. Also, there is no elevator, and there is a lot of finishing work that needs to be completed.
I am an early riser while the rest of the family likes to sleep in -- there 2qw no place for me to sit an read (other than my car) during the several hours I had to wait for the family to get up.

They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with a smile and being readily available to assist with any requests.
The location of the hotel is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions. Whether I was traveling for business or leisure, the central location made everything easily accessible.
Additionally, the rooms were spotless, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything tidy, and I appreciated the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the room. It was a perfect retreat after a long day of activities.
