RR.A.UHotel in perfect conditions, with new furniture. The bed is very good. It is well located if you are looking to visit the various tourist centres of Niagara. Breakfast is flowered in quality, but cleaning is notable.

GGuest UserRooms was big and spacious. Updated bathroom with standing shower. Clean and comfy. Location is great right outside (literally across) of the Niagara outlet collection. Parking on site is available for a fee of 15 CAD (2023)

GGuest User#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of the Towels, Cleanliness of Public Areas, Public Area Decor, Bathroom, Safety; #negative #I was disappointed with the Service; I booked the wrong room and asked Ctrip to coordinate, but Ctrip said that this hotel does not allow them to call them. I went to the front desk to negotiate, and it was obvious that there were rooms available on the Internet, but the front desk staff was unable to refuse, and lied that ”all the rooms are full”. It feels like they are cheating customers. Will not live in the future.

GGuest UserI have stayed at the Old Bank House several times and this stay was particularly pleasant. The service was excellent: Emily, the manager, was thoughtful, friendly, smiling. The location as always fantastic. Lovely porches, varied breakfasts, very quiet, beautiful common rooms. We'll be back.

JJane RussellI have stayed at this hotel before. Walk in shower great addition but water turn on was only accessible but getting into shower fully and difficult to change water temp. Better design would be to have both halfs of door moveable.
Breakfast service was great initially but food very slow coming out of kitchen.
