We stayed only one night on the 23/02/2022. However, if not for work and other commitments, we would have loved to had stayed longer. The staff were typical country people, polite, relaxed and very accommodating. We had driven up from Sydney that morning to attend a relatives funeral in the afternoon. Unlike some other places, they allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived, allowing our family to have a bit of a break and get changed prior to the service. As we got back to the Motel a little later then expected, the restaurant was a half hour off closing and therefore, thought we were too late to get something for dinner. But once again, nothing was a problem and they prepared the three of us a lovely meal, which they served in our room. There pool is lovely, clean, indoors and have towels for you to use if required. We found the room spacious, very clean, comfortable and truly value for money. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay at the North Parkes again and would like to congratulate and thank the staff for their assistance and making our stay much more pleasant given the circumstances.

This hotel/motel we stayed at for three nights in the Queen Room, as we visited Parkes to see the Dish. It was a comfy stay and the room size was reasonable as was the bathroom. We were upstairs and you have to climb quite a few stairs to get to your room. It also has undercover parking which is great. The room was great, with tea and coffee and the usual things you get in a motel and it was generally clean. However, the rail above the stairs could do with a dusting. The laundromat is tired and old and although very handy could do with a clean. The people were helpful and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay. It has a pub and a restaurant and we did go to the pub as well as the restaurant and were treated well. Wi fi was good. The location is great. I did leave some clothes behind and I rang the hotel and they were very good and posted my items home - thank you.

This hotel/motel we stayed at for three nights in the Queen Room, as we visited Parkes to see the Dish. It was a comfy stay and the room size was reasonable as was the bathroom. We were upstairs and you have to climb quite a few stairs to get to your room. It also has undercover parking which is great. The room was great, with tea and coffee and the usual things you get in a motel and it was generally clean. However, the rail above the stairs could do with a dusting. The laundromat is tired and old and although very handy could do with a clean. The people were helpful and hospitable and we enjoyed our stay. It has a pub and a restaurant and we did go to the pub as well as the restaurant and were treated well. Wi fi was good. The location is great. I did leave some clothes behind and I rang the hotel and they were very good and posted my items home - thank you.

We stayed only one night on the 23/02/2022. However, if not for work and other commitments, we would have loved to had stayed longer. The staff were typical country people, polite, relaxed and very accommodating. We had driven up from Sydney that morning to attend a relatives funeral in the afternoon. Unlike some other places, they allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived, allowing our family to have a bit of a break and get changed prior to the service. As we got back to the Motel a little later then expected, the restaurant was a half hour off closing and therefore, thought we were too late to get something for dinner. But once again, nothing was a problem and they prepared the three of us a lovely meal, which they served in our room. There pool is lovely, clean, indoors and have towels for you to use if required. We found the room spacious, very clean, comfortable and truly value for money. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay at the North Parkes again and would like to congratulate and thank the staff for their assistance and making our stay much more pleasant given the circumstances.
