Stein Eriksen Residences

We had the best staycation! It was so beautiful, and the weather was perfect. The service was incredible and everyone was so kind. Very friendly and eager to offer up advice on where to go and let to eat. We are so grateful to Natahalie Belzunce and her team for making us feel so welcome and taken care of through our stay. I also want to give a big shout out to the people at the restaurant 7880. They also were so friendly and you could tell they really liked working with each other. That makes a big difference! We can't wait to come back!

Excellent value for the money. I believe somewhere in the range of $1800-$2500 per night in high summer season. Although not cheap for many comparable place in Lake Tahoe $6000 a night. 3500 square foot 3 bedroom. Like a home. Staff all excellent from Housekeeping to shuttle services to concierges. Gym very good indoor outdoor pool excellent. Food at onsite restaurant excellent for dinner. Included breakfast good enough has everything you need I wouldn't say they knock it out of the park on that one but no complaints. Waiters and waitresses all accommodating as well. Would go back in a heartbeat!

My partner and I just enjoyed a lovely babymoon here. In the off season, it was quiet, but still lively enough to be atmospheric. We even had a light dusting of snow the last night which made it really feel like fall (coming from SoCal this was charming). Resort Manager, Jacqi Tewksbury, graciously upgraded us to an amazing 2 bedroom unit with a full kitchen and dining area. It was so nice to have multiple seating options as I'm frequently uncomfortable (7.5 months pregnant so to be expected). We loved lounging on the couches and I enjoyed reading in front of the fireplace. We enjoyed he breakfast buffet each morning and there was nice variety (pancakes, French toast, eggs benedict, bagels and accoutrement for lox etc). but the delicious maple bacon was a staple and always available. We also had dinner at the 7880 Club one evening and it was delicious. We rented a car which was nice to have to get to an from SLC airport and to some hiking trails. But in the evening we utilized the car service and had a quick ride in a new Lincoln Navigator with massage seats to our dinner reservation in town. I'm usually skeptical of these kinds of services, but both for drop off and pick up the vehicle was ready withing 5 min. Same for when we needed a ride to the sister property for brunch. The gym is well equipped with stair master, peleton bikes, cable machines, etc. And we only did a quick dip in the pool, but it was the perfect temperature and it was so cool to go from inside to outside and not have to get out. My partner raved about the sauna and the swimsuit dryer = ) Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend it! Would love to go back once I can be more active and take advantage of the summer or winter activities.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Stein Eriksen Residences and we will definitely be back! The concierge desk is the best that I've ever experienced. This trip, Joe, Austin, Nathalie and Somelia provided excellent guidance for activities and restaurants as well as met every need! We rely on them for most of our recommendations and reservations. The shuttle service is also top notch! Brady and Kyle drove us around town as needed and they have a new Lincoln Navigator to travel in style! The breakfast buffet is one of our favorites and we take advantage of that each and every day. Overall a great place to stay! Despite the fact we are not skiers, there are plenty of activities around Park City to keep busy.

Our stay was nothing short of first class and no better place for a vacation/staycation than SER for ski-season or off-season. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and knows your name to go the extra mile. Nathalie, Joe, Precious and Chris work the front desk with kindness and quality. They tend to every request quickly and help find solutions with a smile. Austin does it all... ran shuttle, errands, and helped when we couldn't access our ski locker at night. Michelle, Kristian and Dejaun at the 7880 club helped provide the best service and flawless execution for my wife's birthday brunch for our large group. We will absolutely be going back for causal ski-in lunch and special occasions. Icing on the cake is the ski locker room service and their coordination. They get to the point where they predict your ski schedule and have all of your gear prepared so you don't lift a finger. Kudos to Brandon and Katherine! 10/10 all around. We will be back again and again!

We stayed at the Stein Eriksen Residences (SER) in late August and everything was outstanding. We almost felt like we had the property to ourselves as our stay was at the tail end of summer. The entire staff is top notch and everyone made us feel welcomed, almost like resident owners than first time guests. We have stayed at other premier brand hotels and would favorably compare SER to any of them, based on the accommodations, amenities and dining options. We will definitely be returning during our next trip to Park City!
