It was wonderful to be there, thanks for having us and providing good services. Everything was superb, value for money. I don't understand why people have given the bad ratings, I stayed on the 5th floor, the room was clean and properly set up, the shared washroom was properly cleaned and sanitized, the bed was super comfortable, and what else? An iron they gave for clothes, a really good shared shower room. The hotel should be listed at 5 stars. I found nothing wrong. The staff was nice and helpful. We went for a quick trip for 2 days for a Proposal photoshoot and our budget was really less and F1 was the only hotel offering the pricing as per our budget, we were afraid to see the reviews on TA but still thought of trying It. Trust me, everything was excellent, much more than expected. I will stay always there for future trips, will not waste money on expensive hotels unnecessarily which are equally Good. Give it a try yourself and I am sure you are going to love it.

Loved this hotel stay, great location, found it so easy to get our bearings, and very clean and comfy. We enjoyed the breakfast and refreshments provided. An honesty bar and board games if you wanted to avail of them. Overall excellent service and a great few days spent in Paris and we would definitely return. ❤️

There are many restaurants around, and the subway was a few minutes on foot, so it was the best location. The room is small and there is no elevator, but I am satisfied with this price. The staff were friendly and nice too.

The premium quadruple room is newly renovated and had huge comfortable bathroom with bath tub and separate shower room and wc. The quadruple room had a king bed and a queen sofa bed. When the sofa bed is opened there's no room to walk. The main lift broke down one the day we checked out. Luckily there are other smaller lifts nearby. Breakfast was very good with sausages bacan boiled eggs and many types of pastries, cereal, milk, juices and coffee. Very convenient location.

I had been to this hotel from date 17/05/2022 226/05/2022 it was very nice for me i liked it the hotel is very closed 2 champes Eleysees Ave,evey thing you need to have fun you can find easly the market and the good things are very closed

The location is unbeatable as far as distance from many historic attractions. For the price of the room ($700) it is quite expensive as the room is simple, as are the amenities. Most of the hotel staff were friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly. When I went to ask about a power adapter, the person I spoke to was short and rude with me. My partner is French and everyone was more friendly with him and willing to help.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. We were impressed by the size of the room and loved the aspect, looking out onto the boulevard. Bathroom was fine - shower over the bath and the bath was quite deep so it could be a bit difficult getting in and out if you are of a certain age. Little kitchen was fine, had some difficulty working the microwave and there was no toaster. Fridge and dishwasher (with plenty of tablets provided) worked well. Didn't have the breakfast. Although this is in a non tourist area, everything is within easy reach and many places to eat within a few minutes walk. There is a small supermarket opposite and a sandwich shop next door. Would recommend to all.

This is a classic boutique feeling European hotel. The rooms are very small but we found space for all our clothes and items for the week and tucked our suitcases out of the way. It's a relatively quiet area at night. The water pressure and water temp was amazing (one thing I struggle with at European hotels a lot!). Great area to get where you need to go, Paris is huge so you end up taking uber/metro/bus no matter where you stay. There's a wonderful chocolate shop and a couple of cafes just around the corner but the star is the tiny market across the street that has just about anything you would need. Please remember this is a 4 star hotel not 5 star. If you want a 5 star hotel, go pay 5 star prices. The front desk staff was amazing, I listened to one speak 3 different languages helping all of the guests within about 5 minutes. We had a great week ans would definitely return to this hotel.
