Everything you could hope for in a small hotel in Paris. The staff was extremely welcoming both when we arrived and throughout our stay. In short, the hotel has a wonderful vibe to it. The room was great, as was the breakfast and free cake available in the afternoon. The location is extremely convenient, especially for access to the Gare de Lyon, but also for the Bastille area and, one of our favorite places in Paris, the Coulee Vert (the linear park on which New York’s High Line is based.

Club lounge services are first class. Especially Gillers and Leo who gave us a detailed introduction of the lounge. The atmosphere and foods are delicious. When I wanted to take a shower at 9:30 in the morning, a strange man suddenly entered my room without knocking on the door. I suspect another hotel guest, as he did not look like hotel staff. Besides, staff would always knock on the door before entering. So I was about to take a shower, which was not a very nice experience in terms of privacy. Likewise, this made me feel uncomfortable about security. Is it okay to leave valuables in your room if someone just walks in? Very unpleasant experience for which I still haven't received an explanation from the hotel, despite having brought this up twice.
